Food was hot and taste great however man I t wS ice cold in that place really wasn't necessary it wasn't hot out at all
It is a bit small, but the service was fast and friendly. And the food tasted great.
I'm not from St charles but I have had Penn Station on previous excursions out west. The food was good and the proportions were correct. I had the toasted Italian and I think if I went back I might have it again. Good choice.
I waited 10 minutes while the employees were busy doing everything except giving me the food that was already made. I had yo complain to get my order and they almost didn't give it all to me. The guy next to me was having the same issue.
Don't waste your time, or money. The place is so dirty inside. The employees act as if you are putting them out for helping you. And lastly, you get a bread sandwich. The meat literally only covered half of my sandwich, the other half was just bread.
Unhygienic. Guy was picking at his ears and touching the food. Mask not covering his nose. Ended up throwing away my food. Waste of $23.

I guess pandemic portions is really a thing.....took one bite of this 8 inch chicken teriyaki sandwhich and figured a picture would be needed to be believed.....like where's the meat exactly???Waited 15 minutes for this.....The best part? This and a small soda cost me $13.60!Not worth the wait or the price.
I had the flagship Penn Philly cheesteak.Presentation and everything was fine, just lacked the flavor from this particular franchise.
