This store has been horrible! The last 3 times I have order it has been minimum of 90 minutes. The first time thought no worries, probably just busy. Ordered again a month later and again horrible wait on a Tuesday and also took 90 minutes. After this time I got a coupon in the mail for a free pizza with them acknowledging how bad the service was. Thought sure I will try again and this time it took 2 hours, until I finally called and got put on hold for 15 minutes. They said the order will be another 20 minutes, I said just cancel it. I deleted the app and will never eat Papa Johns again.
ABSOLUTE WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after my last order of I simple pepperoni pizza took 2.5 hours. Place the exact same order and same thing happens. I call the store to see what might be going on at the 2 hour mark and the pizza hasn’t even been put in the over yet. Nonetheless the snotty high school worker had a handful of attitude about the whole situation. Will never spend another penny here. Place needs new management ASAP. I know people are short staffed but FIRE THE ENTIRE STORE.
Ordered delivery 1 hr 20 minutes ago. "48-58 mins".Currently: "48-58 minutes"Call the store, put on hold. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Hang up. Call back, put on hold again.Could I have my pizza? Or my money back? Or could I talk to somebody?
Ordered online, and received quickly for a Friday night. Noticed it was wrong and they were so friendly, made it right! Thanks how you handle it. We will continue to come here. My food was hot and ready when I picked it up! Thanks Papa John’s!
We haven't had Papa John's in awhile but after tonight we will definitely be back to the Wentzville location soon! A great experience all around.
I don’t usually post reviews but this place is terrible. The tracker said our order was delivered and it never was. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone was so rude and didn’t believe me when I told her it hadn’t been delivered. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. If I ever talked to a customer at my job like this lady talked to me I’d be fired. Never again will I order from this place.
Beautifully made pizza. Cheese melted perfectly, good/thick amount of sauce. Y’all work hard. Thanku for the good pizza.
My brother ordered a pizza at 7pm. It got to be 8pm and still no pizza so he and I both called and could never get anyone to answer the phone. It’s now been 2.5 hours and still no pizza. Still won’t answer the phone. Absolutely the worst customer service. Can’t even get through to get a refund.
I ordered a New York style pizza. Looks like half of it is New York style and the other half is original. Not only that but my pizza arrived cold. Not warm, cold! Who wants to eat cold pizza? I’m highly disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again. Other Papa John’s do way better.
Worst experience ever!! Called at 6pm to get a delivery order. Two pizzas and bread sticks. I understand that it was dinner time and having worked in a restaurant and managed several I understand things get busy. However at the 1.5 hour mark I called to find out the delivery status. The automated system said it was out for delivery 11 minutes to door.Ok sounds good to me.At 30 minutes I called again to get the same response. I called back to talk with the manager to see if this was right.The manager was less than polite and said "well we are short staffed".. listen I understand that but when is is scheduled to go out the door? "Well we have not even made it yet"... um what???No apologies, no response, just flat lined answer of we can have it to you in 30 minutes. We'll I just heard 11 and before that 45. So we canceled the order and I won't be back any time soon.Terrible customer service, delivery staff (shortages) whatever you want to call it. No thanks!
