Always good and the line moves quick! My only complaint is that they should let you choose two sides and two mains for how much money you're spending but they only let you get 1 side! What the heck is that!!This location is good tho! Visit!
I ordered Panda through Door Dash and as part of my order, I ordered a 12 piece cream cheese rangoon for $10.50. When I received my order, I noticed that I was only given a small order of 3. I called the store to ask if they could just refund me and charge me for the small order and they said “no, the only thing you can do is drive up here and we will give you 7 more”. I told them that I ordered door dash because I couldn’t drive up there and they simply said “sorry, nothing we can do”.
This place is run so badly the corporate office needs to replace this franchise with someone who knows how to operate properly!! Staff doesn’t arrive on time and food is not prepared and drive through doesn’t take orders when they should already have been open and food prepared. This is NOT a one-time experience, but MANY times. Taking them off my list for food!

We had to wait 7 minutes for the noodles, then went down the line and had to wait another 20 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. And the manager did not apologize or say anything, stayed in the back. There were several others that were disappointed along with drive thru customers that also left. Know they had to lose alot of money's on that day. Bad management skills. This store is in Wentzville Missouri..
The food was good, I won’t lie. The worker at the drive thru however was extremely rude, rushing me the entire way through the order. Also didn’t get straws which was pretty annoying.
I ordered a plate with two entrees and a side. The only reason I went here was because they didn't have anyone in line and I was running late from my lunchbreak. They were out of the only things I wanted and said the side was considered rice instead of wontons or eggrolls. I couldn't justify spending $9 when I hate rice, didn't get a side and the rest of the plate wasn't what I wanted, so when I got to the window I asked if I could just change my order to the smallest order of chicken they had. She gave me a tiny box with maybe 5 pieces of chicken for the exact same price.I told her, "so I can get two entrees, a side of rice and a drink for the same price as these 5 pieces of chicken?" She said "yup."Last time I remember a small box of chicken was $4. But I haven't eaten at Panda in maybe 8 years because of all the bad experiences, so it looks like it'll be another 8, if they're still in business.I asked for a refund. Jacqueline's attitude was unreal.
More often than not, they are rude at this location, asking for anything is a hastle. In addition to that, they always say "our kitchen is closed" as early as 2 hours before their scheduled closing time (posted on their building and online). Good luck getting the food you ordered. I always make sure to double check my food, they will likely not give you straws, forks, napkins, the sauce you asked for etc.Basically, if you can spare the time. Just go to the lake st louis location on ronald regan dr. That franchise owner seems to care about their business' success and the service/experience is much better. 2 stars cause theyre chicken is always cooked well.

I come here all the time for lunch and absolutely love their food but you can NEVER come here 1 to 2 hours before close because they never have any food and there menu is to the bare minimum that you either have to wait in line until you go through it or just order something that you're not really wanting. every single time I come here an hour or 2 before close they run out of 90% of their menu and refuse to cook even something as simple as broccoli. The management staff should be embarrassed with their night crew. Unless its lunch, its honestly pointless to come here.
