I placed a to go order for chicken gnocchi and spaghetti with meatballs. (Not checking the bag is my fault) When I got home and opened the bag I noticed, there was no chicken gnocchi (which I was charged for) and instead of spaghetti and meatballs, they gave me spaghetti and meat sauce (not the end of the world). But, I also noticed it was ice cold, so, I put it in the microwave, stirred it up and added a little parmigiana after it was done microwaving. Anyway, when I took a bite, it tasted like someone took the lid off a salt shaker and dumped it in there. I’m not the type who ever complains (it takes a lot). But, this is just ridiculous!Update* situation has been resolved. Very friendly management!
Can't understand why I go out for a late birthday with my husband and mother. Then I have ordered here before but today my 6 oz steak tasted old like it was to be medium done and it was dry, rubbery, and it tasted like it was sitting in blood that turned. I have been in good service for 18 years and Never smelled or tasted meat like that. To top it off the noodles tasted like they had been precooked then reheated. The sauce was disgusting. The server was amazing and apologized for the meal. She asked if I wanted something else but I was so sick to my stomach I just swallowed my pride and said I'm fine. Thank God I stopped cause my stomach was not right after that. Needless to say I will never order a meal from now on only salad and bread sticks if I ever have to eat there again. I'm not going out of my way for a restaurant if they can't live up to their name.
Fantastic food, unlimited bread sticks is a welcomed addition. A bit understaffed but that is excusable given the current employment situation. Clean dining experience, definitely on the expensive side but still good value.
Great experience!!! Food and service was excellent. I got the Eggplant Parmigiano which was very good. Our server was Eric and he was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.
Really quick, friendly service. We love the pasta e favorite soup. I built my own pasta and it was plenty with leftovers and I am a big guy.
Enjoyed lunch here today. They were short staffed only 4 servers for the lunch crowd. Our server was very pleasant & more then polite even though you could tell she was overloaded. Thank you for our wonderful lunch.
A little disappointed. Menu selection is getting smaller, prices increased, portion sizes were smaller and taste is not quite as good as it use to be. My family and I used to love eating out at Olive Garden, would have given 5 stars. Now barely 3 stars. Bummer.
Our waiter was extremely attentive! Food came out quickly, great portions, and nice and hot! Everything was delicious!
Staff very friendly and professional and quick with drinks and taking order.Food for lunch was very quick and tasty.
No wait, super clean, menu had many nice options and I do not drink however if I still did it would be here! The desert is in another level.
