Our fish looked like sausage. Called and they said all of them came out like this tonight… fries taste horrible too. Wasted 24$ would like a refund in the am please!

This is by far the worst location I have ever ate at. Ordered a triple cheeseburger plain( burger meat was extremely old and cold. Fries were soggy and cold as well. Bought a 10 piece nugget meal only got 8 in the box. This location deserves no stars. I will not be returning.
March 4 2022 Even with having to pull around and wait to get the food, at least it was still quick and they have to did have the order correct. The little bit hard to understand the people and it seems like a lot of not speaking a lot of English. The prices have gone way up.And its a bit ridiculous ifhash town. Meal w/ drink it's $3 cheaper than just getting the sandwich and hashbrown.
My old review said cold food and horrible service service I've had to change that to great service and hot food whatever this manager is doing its working because the service here has become leaps and bounds better
What ever girl is working the drive thru this afternoon at the wentzville McDonald’s today was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a drive thru Me; “Can I have a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with chocolate milk and all frys please” Rude girl: “Was that Barbecue sauce?” Me: “oh no I just said can I have all frys, like instead of the apple slices Rude girl: No you actually can’t it’s a new policy and we can’t do that Me: Oh are you sure? They always let us get extra frys Rude girl: (in an extremely ignorant tone) If I said it’s our policy then that means it’s our policy and no you can’t do that Me: Ummm okay then, I was just asking Rude girl: (still in an extremely ignorant tone)If I said it’s our policy I’m not lying so do you want barbecue sauce or not? Me: No & you can actually go ahead and cancel the order, you are being really rude Rude girl: (still in a sarcastic tone) have a great day …drives to lake stl McDonald’s on our way home who happily gives us extra frys instead of apple slices with my kids happy meal with no mention of extremely strict “new policy” ? Sadly if this employee was smart instead of being rude to a customer, she could have easily offered to just charge me for extra frys or whatever along with apple slices and I would have happily paid for it and not really cared about the whole policy thing cuz my kid just wanted his frys. Instead she chose to be a Karen and lost an entire order and I’ll never go to this location again. People who treat others like that worry me about my food being messed with.

I understand that they are short-staffed, but the bathroom was filthy. The employees were friendly, and service was fast despite being shorthanded.I was concerned with the overtly religious display alongside the RMHC information. An open Bible with highlighted passages does not belong here.
Good service just a little slow
This McDonalds flat out sucks!!! Most definitely shouldn’t be considered fast food when you have to wait 20 minutes at the speaker in the drive thru for someone to take your order. I noticed the opposite lane was moving fine so I called and they said both lanes were open. I asked why no one has taken my order then and their explanation was that I didn’t say anything first. Not sure how I was supposed to know you were waiting for my order when you say nothing... No “hey what can I get for you” nothing. Save yourself time *LOTS OF TIME* and your money and go somewhere else that will give you good service. What a joke of an establishment
