I tried to call ahead to order my pizza. No one answered, so I drove by just in case they were just busy and couldn't answer. I walk in, there's three young gentlemen standing there talking. I ordered and then asked if they still had a phone. He said yes, but they're short-staffed and didn't have time to answer it. I thought that was odd, since there was no one else in there. The phone actually rang when I was in there. TWO workers were standing there playing on their cell phones, but they couldn't answer their work phone ? They put about the same amount of energy into making our food too.
The service was quick and friendly, food was wonderful as always. This establishment is always kept clean and maintained. I love pizza and their prices are fair as well.
I tried calling for 20 solid minutes as I drove to this location, but no one answered. I finally found that I was able to place my order online and wondered if they just turned off their phone due to covid. I placed my order about 2 mins before I arrived, so I had to stand there and wait for my food. While standing there, I dialed the store for the entire 15 mins. I stood there waiting. You could clearly hear the phone ringing; they just outright ignore it. The staff was friendly, but it was very frustrating to have to order online while driving because the staff was too lazy to answer the phone.
Crazy bread, not done. The cheese and the pepperoni flat as the box, the Detroit I swear was some older sitting in the back pizza. Will go to Bryan Rd location. Six people and left overs ,teens are going with ramen over pizza. Was served in a timely fashion, just no ody wants any.
I've had to stop calling in orders because they are always wrong. My mistake was thinking going into the store would fix this issue. Every order I have placed had been wrong for the past 3 months. In tired of getting home and finding out my order is wrong. But today takes the cake. I ordered pepperoni bread... A) is swimming in butter. B) the dough is raw. This is unacceptable.
Closed when hours say they are open. Update your hours! Nothing more aggravating than wasting time driving to an establishment that says they are open to find out they are closed. You can make all the excuses you want, but from experience I know you can update your google profile fairly easily. Or it could just state to call to confirm business is open.
It took an hour and 20 minutes to get food. Pizzas sat on counter 13 minutes before wings were done. I had to ask about wings, and they were sitting in counter not boxed yet. Workers did not seem to be in a rush.
Wrong order delivered and can't get them to answer the phone to correct it! I've called 30 times atleast! My orders not even close to right. I got 20 worth of food but paid almost 50 not cool!
Pizza is always over cooked even when asked for it not to be. Staff too busy talking about non work related stuff. 6 people in here “cooking” and no one caring about what they put out.
Pizza was good. Service is horrible. Ordered for a 5 15 PM pickup. Waited almost 45 minutes. No excuses, employees standing around. 1 worker seemed to be doing everything. Typical these days.
