They only get two stars for the customer service lady who took my order . I think her name was Liz. The chicken was old I asked about that. I didn't mine waiting for fresh chicken. Liz was nice and you can tell she like what she doing. Got to the window asked again about the chicken being fresh. I said the pot pie hasn't been under the heat light? She said everything is right and fresh we got new management. But everything wasn't fresh. I don't know if I'm the only person that feel this way but it's getting really out of hand. where these companies want you to pay for their services which you should. Then they're not giving you acceptable quality of whatever it is. ??
I will never come here again! My wife ordered food and we didn’t get all of it! So I went back at 8:07 pm which they closed at 8pm… I knocked on window and the girl said I couldn’t get my mashed potatoes or slaw cause they was closed….. most rude and unprofessional place I’ve ever seen! Then I asked for a refund and told me to come back the next day! Never in a million years will I go back there!
Eating utensils are a joke. No knives to cut your biscuits in half. No working forks to eat with. No jelly. Honey is not jelly. I had to beg for napkins and anything else I get. This quality of this place just keeps declining. I rarely go here, but when I do, it is always a disappointment.
Haven't been here in a year or two because I quit going due to the usual wait time. Decided to give them a try again lastnight and it was probably a 3 minute visit between pulling up to the drive thru speaker and leaving with my food
Terrible customer service. We arrived 20 min before closing. And they said they would only offer us the last 4 pieces of chicken they had. They still had 20 min before closing and didn’t want to mess up the kitchen and do their job! I’m pretty sure they have to work until closing at 8 pm and then focus on cleaning the kitchen. But instead they clean and not serve the customers before closing time. Very poor service for sure. I even asked if they would drop some fresh chicken and her reply was “it takes 25 min to cook chicken” ? LAZY LAZY WORKERS IS ALL I CAN SAY
Ordered the 8 piece regular and it was greasy and unappetizing. For $18, included tax, one would think it would be edible. We won't order again from KFC
Come on, you can do better. The place was not busy. I was the only customer in the drive through. Apparently they were getting ready to close because they don't have staff. I tried to order just 5 chicken strips and a unsweet iced tea. This became an ordeal for the person taking the order. Apparently, this means that they must do it A la carte ($2.09 per strip yes expensive, especially when the 5 piece combo is $8.29), but she couldn't remember that I asked for 5 pieces, and told me the total was going to be over $16 for the drink and 6 pieces. So what she had done was not done the A la Carte at all, she charged me for the 8 piece chicken and a drink. So, I said, just give me the 5 piece combo and I will go from there. On to the next fiasco, Unsweet tea, shouldn't be hard, right. Well she gave me sweet. Not an issue, happens all the time. I asked if I could get it changed to unsweet. I get the second glass it is sweet also. Now I see why the order was messed up. I finally get the unsweet tea after the 3rd request only for it to be soured. SO soured that you could smell it. Then the manager had to come give me a refund for it. I'm not saying that staffing issues don't happen, they do, but treating your customers poorly won't help your bottom line. I felt like I was truly inconveniencing this establishment by trying to spend my money there. However, the food was warm and good. Oh yes, the manager didn't really care to hear the problem either. He just said that is the cost of chicken. Not that a 5 piece tender cost $16 dollars. Thanks for caring, if you even read this
If i could id give 2 and a half stars, food is either good or bad there is no in-between. They ALWAYS forget the spork for my sides (only a big deal cause i only stop in omw to work for lunch)
Stopped in the drive thru for a quick bite. Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders. I’m asked if I want the combo, I reply no just a water and the tenders. The total is $16, then I’m told if I buy the combo is 8.99.??? I asked her to explain, clearly they couldn’t explain the logic of charging twice as much for a single menu item than a combo. Finally I had to leave, further confirming why I stopped visiting this store before.
Just had a family meal deal from KFC and the food was great, the service even better. Elizabeth at the drive thru was very personable and made our stop one of the best in a while. Go see them for a great meal and fun time.
