I think shrinkflation hit because my sandwich was worse than subway. I will start making my own from now on.
Ordered from this location at 6:58p and the sandwich never showed. Tracking said it was delivered. Went to store at 8p to follow up and they were closed with no notice. They’re supposed to be open until 9pm.
Sign on the door says open until nine.Google says open until nine.Store employee says they are closed.I can't help but to think there is something off here.Google says Penn Station is open, the sign on the door says they are open, what do you know, they are open! And look at all these sandwiches being sold.Hmmm... Someone is losing money.
I really do enjoy this place and how fast they are. That new cuban sandwich is pretty delicious and my new go to when i dont get the italian club
This is the worst Jimmy Johns location I have ever dealt with. They hire the worst employees. The food and the service is the worst. Nobody there cares about anything at all. Do yourself a favor and get your subs somewhere else and stop supporting this location. I have had multiple problems with this place and have tried my very best to be nice . Something has to give . They desperately need all new staff and new ownership.
Meat tastes off wasn't even asked what I wanted on the mofo. Won't be back
The "ultimate porker", 16 inch sub comes with 6 thin slices of ham and 4 pieces of bacon.. This is listed on their specialty sandwiches which are supposed to have double the meat... Unacceptable considering this sandwich now costs $15.50dollars with no additions (they charge you $1 to add cheese...) So I ended u spending 16.84 for a a sandwich today. I won't be going back to any Jimmy John's restaurants. Gave 2 stars employees are friendly and I know it's not their decision to make skimpy sandwiches
Great place for a quick bite. Better version of Subway
7:49pm, full staff that’s staring at through the door, location says open till 9. Door locked and employees cleaning up to close. Don’t waste your time.
