5 /12/22The order checker is broken.I was rudely told no large orders as they have no one working.When I said I just wanted the tiny tacos, 2 orders I was told to wait...If I could of gotten out of line I would.. but there was cars behind me... if you are this short staffed... close down this store... or make the manager come out of their office and work...
It's not Fast at all and it's hard too call the junk they make Food. If you are limited on time avoid this place at all costs. If you like to recieve exactly what you ordered prepared and not thrown together into a incomplete mess, avoid this place.The staff is all very rude they will not talk to you and they do not care how inconvenient they are.Not to mention this location is always out of something, soda, fries, a working screen, working AC, sauces, and it is always a mess from the unkept weeds to the sticky dusty interior.
COMPLETELY RUDE STAFF (ALL KIDS) AND ARE NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO BE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!Went there at 6:20 today and they had no cones or anything covering the drive thru like they normally do. Waited at least 10 minutes at the window and nobody even showed up, even honked and knocked on the window. Pulled around and got told by the manager or whoever it was (they were extremely rude anyway) “We’re closed” so I told them “Then you need to put cones up.” Manager or whoever it was (looked like a kid, no surprise) was very rude and said they don’t have cones or anything, but anytime I drive by there there’s always cones up.This place a couple years back was amazing, thanks to the disrespectful and lazy employees that work there, it’s a complete disaster. They’re never open and need to just shut down. Never going back there. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Waste of time.
When they are supposed to be open at 9am they should be open on time instead of cars sitting there and Noone answering the phone or the drive thru speaker!!!As a general manager of a competitive restaurant this is not good business
This place has really gone downhill the past few years, sadly. I once waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru- you can’t leave if there’s a car ahead because of the way it’s set up. On a different visit I ordered sweet tea to go, got home and discovered SALT in the tea instead of sugar!!?? Another visit was about 25 minutes in drive-thru then they said my order was deleted, hadn’t even started to make it and they had me pull out of drive-thru to park while they made it. After a few bad incidents I should’ve learned but felt like giving another chance. This used to be one of the best fast food places in Wentzville many years ago.
Has you wait at drive thru with Noone else in line for 15 minutes. After finally taking order and pulling up to window Noone comes to window at all after 10 minutes I drove away. This has happened at this location about 10 times. I refuse to go here anymore even for driving my wife around so she can do door dash.
Upon arriving in the drive thru we were told they’re short staffed and we could only order two meals. Thankfully this stop was just my husband and I and not our family of five. The gentlemen rushed us through our order, repeatedly telling us there were only two people working. Waited about five minutes before someone even opened the window to take our payment and they forgot parts of our order. We were the only car in the drive thru. This seems to be a constant complaint and sounds like management needs to fix the issue. Definitely would not recommend.
This restaurant is very short staffed but their food is always very good and freshly cooked. Burgers were hot and tacos were hot and crispy. Thank you Jack in the box!
Pulled up and waited 30minutes in the drive thru for someone to take our order. We were told that they where short staffed and couldn’t take large orders. We were able to make an order with three items last time, but he cut us off at 1 meal and 1 appetizer and was incredibly rude. There was no one ahead of us in the drive thru.
This place is supposed to close at 10pm. It’s 7:35 and lights are off, signs are off, they need to change their ours. What fast food place closes at 7:30 on. Friday?
