IHOP on Veteran's Memorial drive has a variety of options. If breakfast isn't your thing, they have burgers and sandwiches of all kinds. The service is faster than most dine-in restaurants in Wentzville. I was surprised with the comparison of my orders to the pictures on their menus. The food there looks just like what's on the menu! So satisfying.
Our server was really nice at first. She was happy to explain what came on things what was the better deal. Then when our food came out and she seemed to have an attitude that we asked for all of the syrups. She had only brought one to the table and said we only asked for one when we asked for all of them. She never even came back with a syrup the manager had to bring it for us. At least the manager was friendly and happy to accommodate the request. The server should remember it would get a better tip if they would be friendly and helpful
It was a Sunday morning at 10:30am. There was 12 people in our party and the manager did a great job at seating us all together without a long wait, and the place was crowded. Our waitress #118 Christine, was amazing and did a phenomenal job at taking our orders and serving all of us. She was happy with a great personality. We will continue to go to IHOP, very pleased.
The food was decent. The server was acting very strange and took a long time to get back with drinks and food. One time she even forgot my drink. She also charged me for $10 extra when i never gave her a tip. She acted like she didn’t do anything wrong but she knew we knew what was up.
Food was good. The service could have been a bit better.
It’s bad when the waitress comes to check on you and has a mouth full of food when she talks to you to see how if you need anything. Pancakes weren’t cooked long enough. 1/8/22
No staff, and it was clear all the patrons were at least mildly annoyed by the the experience. Waitresses were laughing at the aggravated customers. Kind of wild really. Would not recommend this location to anyone. This isn't our first bad experience here unfortunately. They can't seem to get a handle on hiring decent staff who care.
Terrible service. Waitress reached over my friend to give me my plate, which I had to reach for, instead of walking around our table to my place. She did not come back to refill my coffee or other beverages until I asked and then we waited almost 15 min. She didn't come back to see how everything was. I problem will not return to this IHop.
I was really disappointed. I understand it's a little different world now but when you have a sign saying basically don't complain unless you want to take a job application come on. The food was cold and awful, breakfast is hard to ruin but they succeeded. I had biscuit and gravy it was stone cold, I hate to say it but mcdees is better and that's not saying much. Service was slow but I guess they can blame Rona for that.
