Let me say this . Domino's pizza is delicious and it sells itself . They have the best coupons compared to other big chain stores hands down.. but I ordered online at this location chose to pay at the store , I pull up to the drive thru window( another awesome feature) and I don't even get asked my name or number I had the employee open the window say $17.89 so I gave him my $20.00 and I said hmmm.. the app said it was only $13.99 with tax .. $14.88 something like that he said no it's half price week on the pizzas I said oh no I used the carry out special coupon for $7.99 he said oh we stopped that' coupon at this store a little bit ago . I said no I assure u it's in the website I picked it and also ordered parm bites . Long story short I was handed two boxes I left got home opened the boxes neither were right I didn't eat any of it so no dinner for us instead we had cereal .. took it back the next day they gave me a refund but I feel I should get a discount for my gas used and my trouble.. just saying. I mean it's not cheap to run back and forth at $4.59 a gallon.. it would have been a nice gesture..
Gotta give it to my Domino's team in Wentzville!! They ALWAYS do an amazing job!! The one time I got the wrong pizza, it turned out great because that it now my favorite pizza!! Thanks again for fast Correct orders time and time againP.S. Extravaganza with Alfredo sauce.. A must try!!
This is a top-notch dominoes. The employees are definitely team members here. Mary Blanco was very friendly and helping me out with any questions I had.
They're very incompetent people. I order 4 bread bowls 2 different kinds and somehow we managed to get a completely different kind for 1 set. Unfortunately these were for my kids, they wanted chicken alfredo bread bowls. They received an all veggie kind. I called asking for a refund and they said they could only give a credit. I deserve my money back for their mess up not a credit for only dominos. I spoke to the manager Alex who said he can't credit the whole bill because they didn't mess the whole order up and can not give an kind of refund besides in that form. I'm very upset with this. I will be calling to speak to the owner of the store in hope of a proper refund.
3rd time in a row we've had issues with this location. Our food is now 2 hours late. No one contacted us , no message no email and the first time we attempted to call the store we were hung up on. They offer 20% off next order but we won't be ordering again. Terrible customer service and communication for mediocre quality pizza if you even get it. Go elsewhere
We were in a hurry so I asked how long it would take for 1 pizza and 1 cheesy bread. I was told 20 minutes. 12 minutes in another worker asked who I was. I told him and he looked me up and said 15-20 minutes more. 50+ minutes total we finally get our pizza. No offer to make it right, just a sorry. The guy before me waited a long time too and was very unhappy. Very disappointed and will not be back. Just be realistic with your time if you are busy or make it right when you make a mistake.
Pizza had no sauce and no taste. Totino's frozen has more taste than my pepperoni and mushroom did... I think they forgot the sauce. Time before this, my steak sandwich had 1 single piece of green pepper and 2 onion on whole sandwich! Food quality has really hit rock bottom in Wentzville. Refunding an order isn't enough when the manager simply says oh sorry. AT LEAST PRETEND AND SOUND LIKE YOU MEAN IT!
Tonight we received great service. Ordered with Oleg, found us best deal, used our $15 credit from horrible service on 1-11-22. Pizza arrived in 20” and was delicious ?Mary Hartrum Heck
They screwed up my order, I ordered a Brooklyn style crust pizza, they gave me thin crust. When I called they argued with me about it, said they made it right, did not do anything to make it up because she kept saying the order was right and could t be wrong. Smh. 2nd order in 3 months wrong.
Order Domino’s all the time for my kids and never had pizza look like this before. When I got home and opened the boxes everything was over cooked and dried out. Called and talked to the manager Travis and he told me there was no way it could be over cooked because nothing ever changes on their ovens. If this is normal they better have the ovens checked because they have never looked like this before. I can’t believe they would even serve something looking like this.
