I hope corp reads these. This owner should not be allowed to keep this franchise.His mgmt is horrible.There is always a line of cars around the bldg.Instead of opening up the inside he puts an order taker outside.Does zero to improve customer service. Open your store or sell it to someone who knows how to operate a restaurant.
Prices are ridiculous, I ordered a small dipped cone. They said they said they world give me the total at the window. WOW was I surprised that a small dipped cone costs $3.47. I won't be doing that again ever.
Picked up two burger combo meals and shakes. The burgers are not what they used to be! They tasted like cheap flavorless meat and had zero charbrolied taste. The ranch I ordered was also not in the bag and the price for a large concrete that looks like a medium is ridiculous!
The girl in the window drive through with short black hair never gave us are card back and never tried to stop us when we left. We had to go back after a couple hours to get our card returned to us. When we tried to get our card back they didn’t refund us with anything. And said we can’t do nothing about it when it’s her only job to return the card after she swipes. I would not recommend this if you want your money.
This place is always crazy busy it seems and with less than a handful of people they keep things going smoothly and swiftly. I am here a lot as a door dasher and often as a regular customer. Its usually a lot of young men and women but they do an outstanding job. DQ should be awfully happy to have the employees that they do and I sure appreciate them! I'm sure they are why they keep so busy. Great service leads to high volumes of business. Keep up the outstanding work y'all!
Everything hot as it should be , cold foods cold. We enjoyed our drive thru experience.
Not sure why it is so hard to put sauces/gravy in the bag when it is asked/ordered. The order was placed through the app so everything was right there. Chicken baskets always come with gravy, but our two orders had nothing. Seems like all fast food restaurants suffer from reading comprehension.
Had a strange experience here, great food but my order was someone else's. I called three times to try and fix the issue to no avail...why does no one answer the phones?...
Great just needed a choc malt. Dairy Queen is about the only place you can get a malt anymore.
Drive through. I ordered an eight piece chicken bits and when I got home I only had 6 pieces. Disappointed also because it was too far away to go ba CV k to straighten it out. ?
