EVERYTIME we have been here this place does not disappoint! Atmosphere is relaxed and the prices are NORMAL ! They are not price gouging like everyone else! If you have not been here do yourself a favor and try it! I guess there was only one aspect that I experienced once was that the music in the back room was so loud we could not talk to each other and tried to pay the waitress to get the bartender to turn it down but that did not happen LOL - but that is the only not so good thing I could say and we had never sat in the back room so I do not know if this is the norm.

This was a mixed experience for my family and I. The food was INCREDIBLE and the prices were FANTASTIC! This was a unique restaurant and because of that, the room we were sat in was stuffy and had minimal airflow - undoubtedly from the historic heatwave in the STL area. The restaurant was not busy when we went but the waitress didn't take care of us the way I personally would want or expect. I had to put my hand up I believe 2 or 3 times to get her attention. All in all, a great place with a unique cabin environment, AWESOME food, and reasonably priced. Thank you DaBears.
06-15-2022 Thank you !! Bear and Trevor and the rest of the staff for our HOG breakfast ride this morning. Great breakfast and great staff. Food was flying out of the kitchen for this big group. Recommend you call days before your arrival for a large group, as we did. I highly recommend this place. 06-15-2022

Fried tenderloin was wonderful. Fries came seasoned, not a fan of them. Didn't notice the menu telling me they were going to be.
The owner bear is about the nicest guy around! The food is awesome. Here is the crazy part. You can feed your family real food that's homemade and is cheaper than taking your family to McDonald's! Even when ordering steaks. Great smoke free environment, family friendly restaurant to take whole family. They have the seating available for large crowds and you can almost always get a table. The upstairs can be rented for large parties too. Great place!
Service was very slow, restaurant is dark, my husband ordered the Friday special and the salad came after meal. Steak was under cooked and baked potatoe had no fluff. He did say frog legs were good. My club sandwich was very good and our friends bacon cheeseburger was good.
They made us dinner food in the morning at 7am. The steaks we ordered to go were hot and juicy even after a 20 minute car ride. We ordered medium well. They were medium well when we ate them. I don't know if they cooked them under but hot to include drive still cooking and resting, but it worked. I would recommend this place.
Had a wonderful evening on March 26, 2022. Paige is a great server and made our evening absolutely amazing. Toasted Raviolis, chicken livers, Chicken tenders, and fries are to die for!! Thank you for making our night in missouri a memorable experience.
