Used to be a good place. But the last 4 or 5 times we've gone our order has been wrong. The staff used to be quick, professional and courteous. Now they are mostly goofing off kids. Watched an employee with gloves on mess with her shoes and then grab food for a customer. I said something about an issue and they rolled there eyes. Disappointed.

I would like to give this Culver's a higher rating because they did a great job with serving us our food allergy free and the person who took our order was very helpful with noting our allergies. But some of the workers seemed preoccupied with each other, laughing, standing around, seemed like they didn't want to work. I think we will go to our usual Culver's closer to home next time.

I ordered a triple cheeseburger, mango cooler, chili cheese fries, with a cheese cup. My order was correctly, but the fries seem like they were sitting for awhile with the toppings on it. Burger was warm, it all tasted good. Cooler was slightly melted but was amazing. I didn't receive a cheese cup like I ordered. So it would be a 5 out of 5 but few things that need to be corrected. First time I ever been there it wasn't bad

Food was good and hot. The server at the drive up window appeared tired and machanical.Update: I stopped for a cone and soda, there were no less than 4 people within arms length of the window, but because there was a lot of horsing around, they were very slow!

My family was craving ice cream so I swung by for a sweet treat. The drive thru attendant was very friendly and the ice cream was delicious.

Although I really like the food and service at other Culver's in the STL region, I've been consistently disappointed in the Wentzville store over the past year or so. At first I didn't want to be too critical because of the pandemic related issues. But the staff here just seems less interested in providing good, friendly service. I usually try to go to the O'Fallon or Chesterfield stores. But since I wanted the flavor of the day I thought I'd give them another try and found nothing has changed.

Very disappointed in management specifically "Patricia Butler" and the way employees are treated. Not sure why people that lack effective communication & peoples skills are in management positions. Please hire a new general manager and provide communication training and sensitivity training to employees & management. When you hire young adults to work it is important to treat them fair and create a postive work environment for them. It is unacceptable to let employees or management belittle or degrade young adults while they are on the job.

Always a good place to eat for some very nice and interesting selections to choose from. Desserts are phenomenal. Prices are very reasonable. Very clean and staff did a great job serving during a decent rush. Funny, we were getting my wife some treats here for her 39th bday and got this cue card. Nice guys!

Always an extra long wait at this Culver’s. The staff today got my order correct and the food was fresh and delicious!

Took 3 times but finally got it right. Ordered 3 chocolate concentrates and they brought out vanilla. Asked them to fix it so they just add chocolate syrup lol.Finally after going back inside I watched them make it. Drive through people rude but person inside was kind and professional.
