I was amazed at how fast our food came out on a busy Friday night. The service was excellent. No longer wait for a refill. The food was great too. Will definitely go back.
Quick, friendly service and delicious food. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered a beef chimi, which is supposed to come with beef tips according to the menu, and mine had ground beef. I didn’t really mind though because it still tasted really good. I’ll definitely be back!
The food is always delicious and priced great. The service can be hit or miss depending who the server is. I’ve gone in with a group of 14 and was taken very good care of. And I’ve also been in with my daughter and service was slow. Your mileage may vary.
Five Stars for the food and service. As Mexican restaurants go, everyone has a favorite but I think anyone who likes South of the Border cuisine would rate Chimi's a top contender.My only suggestion at the Wentzville location would be a cosmetic freshening up.
Great authentic Mexican food,complemented by great service and speedy service during lunch. Highly recommend too those whom authentic Mexican food.
Hostess took us to our seat and threw the menu on the table and walked away, never said a word. When our food came it was barely warm. Waiter never came back to check if everything was ok or to refill drinks, he disappeared. After we finished eating we waited for at least 20 minutes waiting on waiter, had to waive him down to get our check. We have been to Chimi's in the past but will not be going back to this location!

Amazing food and great service. Never had any issues with food being improperly cooked or finding something unpleasant in it. Definitely the best Mexican eatery in the area.
This restaurant has been really good for many years and now for the third time food is being served cold. Last night we went and explained the food my wife ordered was cold. They waited till the rest of the meals were ready to bring to the table and brought her back the same dish they removed from the table and it was slightly warm and you could tell they microwaved it.and not even a sorry ( nothing ) just looked at us picked it up and walked off I’m done. Will not be back.and we’ll tell everyone I know to stay clear of this restaurant
