Not only do they have great food, but the efficiency that they move people through the drive thru is extremely impressive. I am also greatly appreciative of how they run their business and give back to their employees.
The Chic Fil A on Wentzville Parkway works like a well-oiled machine. Excellent customer service and quality good food is the reason for the long line every lunch rush. I recommend you scroll through the website's menu before getting in line for the drive thru that way you know exactly what to order when the time comes. I've ordered at the same chic fil a monthly for three years and they always deliver my exact order without mix ups or any problems despite the swarms of customers they have each day.
Chick-fil-A has without a doubt, the best biscuits around. I enjoyed the spicy chicken biscuit. The chicken has just the right degree of spicy and added to the biscuit, a great morning starter. Put it all together with the friendliest people in town, sorry Schnucks, and you have a great experience!
They have 3 or 4 drive-thrus, it's insane. Even if it's fast it's a stress fest like time is ticking and there's no time to sit and look at a menu. I don't understand the crazy draw to spend money at this place.
Drive thru order was taken by Victor. I requested my fries to be well done twice but I noticed he didn’t acknowledge my requests. I checked my fries and noticed they were very light and not well done. I was them told by blue shirt Tyler they do not drop fries well done bc it holds up their time. I asked for corporate’s number and then a refund. Manager Jessica was apologetic and issued my refund. I gave the food back to a female worker at the window, Jessica told her they couldn’t accept food back, she kept the food anyways and I guess ate it LOL. So petty of her. Never again!
I was not impressed today...I drive thru was long so I decided to go inside. Took 15 minutes to just place my order...then after waiting another 20 minutes still no food...the drive thru was almost empty now but no one could tell me how much longer. I only get 30 minutes for lunch I asked for my money back. I got no apology nothing..I am so upset about this. just not right at all..I just needed lunch and got nothing after 30+ minute wait...Barb Staebel..
Excellent service at this location. Consistent, reliable product. Despite freezing cold, employees were outside ensuring the waiting lines moved quickly. Kudos for the store manager for operating well and a well-earned thanks for the employees who served me.
Their chicken is great as everyone who had it knows and you won't get friendlier or more courteous service anywhere! 2/8/22 google asked me if anythings changed... nope still the most awesome chicken and friendliest service around!
