My kids and I love Burger King and I would have given 5 stars but my whopper melt was the size of my child's kids meal double cheeseburger however, it was delicious. But for the price of the bacon whopper melt meal the sandwich is pretty tiny.
The lady working the drive thru is very snotty/rude! If she doesnt want to do the job then find a different one. The service and attitude is not worth going to this store.
Was there on a Saturday afternoon. Waited 25 minutes for my food. It wasn't even that busy. All the employees there was lethargic, barely moving, no communication at all. It was like nothing I ever seen at any kind of restaurant. They moved like their legs was glued to the floor. There was 2 others in front of me said they been waiting extremely long time for their food too.
Line moved fast, food was fresh and delicious. Not much else you can ask for. Except for maybe cheaper price, but at least give monster sized burger. I really can't complain. I feel like if sasquatch was going to go fast food, this would be his/her pick.
Take the Sourdough King off your menu. The last time I ordered it in the drive-thru; when I opened the wrapper at home to eat it, you had given me a sourdough chicken sandwich. Tonight, I went back for another try, and you were out of sourdough buns by 6 p.m. on a Friday.
Drive Up Menu Operator: Kimmy: Exceptional customer service while ordering and at pickup window. She has a fantastic personality. Thank You for Brightening my Day!
Very Very slow. And they don't pay attention to your order. Ask for chocolate shake they give you oreo. And what's up with the garbage cans. Not one anywhere outside.I guess there parking lot is where it belongs.
Very busy and I could tell location is short staffed but they were busting their butts to fulfill all orders! Manger was very apologetic and kept complementing her staff. Great work!!
Waited 20 min in drive thru. Horrible experience. Last time was mediocre with cold fries. Not a fan anymore. Ghost pepper nuggets were good tho.
I've always loved Burger King, but this one went above and beyond
