For a place that specializes in chicken how can you screw something up so bad?!? The chicken sandwich tastes like, well, nothing. Maybe rubber would be a good description. Sole of a shoe might fit as well. The Mac and cheese they recently changed tastes like puke, and the kids meal nuggets were the size of nickels, and none of it was fresh. It had sat under warming lights, you easily tell. Let's get to the service shall we.... Not only was my order completely wrong, but so were everyone else's complaining about theirs not right as well. Maybe it's the 9 teenagers talking and laughing in the kitchen and lack of attention to customers. We've given this location several tries to eat because the kids like the boneless wings. Never again am I spending money on the some of the worst food I've had on several occasions. Management there takes to take inventory on wtf is goin on.
Second time in a month that never got our entire order & slow service at new bar. I know why everyone is down the street.
Had an absolutely fabulous experience. Our server Lauren was very attentive and we never had an empty drink at the table. That doesn't happen anymore!!
Yeah, probably won't give this place another chance. Waitress completely forgot my order. As in, I had no food, she apologized for it. Brought my brother-in-law the wrong set of wings. They were out of carrots AND celery. They were also out of silverware? Waitress didn't know what came on a side salad. My wife got fries which were ice cold. The waitress did come back later and give us a 6-pc wing that no one ordered after we paid and said not to worry about it. Pretty sure those were the only hot things (temperature) that anyone had all night.Update: Filled this out on the website and I got an email to sign up for their rewards program.
30 minutes to be greeted by server. Took another hour to get drinks and apps delivered. The food we ordered was delivered to another table. Unimpressive resolve by the manager. Used to love this place! Last 2 visits have been terrible. We won't be back.

On January 9th, me and my daughter went here for lunch to enjoy the Blues game. When we got there, every single TV had football on. We asked our waitress who was wearing a Baker Mayfield jersey if the Blues game would be on. She told us NFL has priority. She said she would check on it. We waited until the Blues game started and asked again. She was not happy about that. At that time there was maybe 10 bpeople in the bar that obviously were not watching a NFL game. After that our waitress would not attend to us or even recognize us besides pointing us out to her other coworkers. Very poor assistance, we have a NHL team that is supporting our community and can't get the game on TV? Everyday we are battled with discussions and hers was poor. We finally had some help and paid the tab. Decided to go to Hot Shots and finish the Blues game off. HOT Shots had the game on several TVs with volume up and the place was cheering and yelling. Probably the worst BWW out there. I knew I should have just sucked it up and drove to O’Fallon but Wentzville was closer. Wings were garbage quality and the waitress definitely did not listen whenever I had requested my wings extra wet. By far the worst experience I’ve had with a BWW
Placed an order at 6:20pm hostess said to go orders are about an hour out. No problem I get it, they are busy, finally got my order at 7:50pm. Drove home and my burger literally had nothing on it. Meat, bun, and a drop of sauce. Missing about 30% of what was supposed to be on there. This place needs help badly
