Walked in and lady was rude. Said her day is bad basically, asked if I could use a 50% off email coupon on smokehouse. She asked person in back and they said it is on a different wayu nasty sandwich. Coughing on the cash register. Lady next to me said she was waiting for 45 minutes. Drive-thru line same vehicles sitting for 15 minutes. This place used to be good but went downhill since remodel. Already disgusting inside food all over.Won't be back.
Thought I'd give Arby's a try again since I hadn't been there in years. I used to like their chicken salad sandwiches and at one point they discontinued them. Their current advertisement of their chicken salad sandwich made me decide to try them again. There was barely any chicken salad on my sandwich it was all bread! What a rip off for $5.89! I took a picture of the sandwich and how little it had on it but there's nowhere on here for me to post the picture. What a rip off!
Awesome food as always, I'll never understand why Arby's isn't the top fast food place in the country. Pricy yes, but great roast beef Sammies!!! Love this place.
Stopped here for lunch, can't fit my vehicle through the drive through and no option to do a carry out. Very disappointing.
Went there for lunch. Their lobby wasn't open. I work out of a vehicle that won't fit through the drive-thru. After being in my truck all day I like to be able to sit down at a table and eat. I left hungry. Open your dinning room.
Update THEY HAVE BEEN FULLY filling the cheese cups at least 2 visitsSo thanks to Arby's for correctingevery food place selling cups of cheddar should FULKY fillIf you buy a soda do you want it less than half filledPlus no more potato cakes
Good customer service, and even with the annoyance of me and my roommate coming 15 minutes before close the food was hot and fresh ??

Good food. Roast beef is lean and tender. Wish they would bring back the potato cakes.Really good Ruben made how it should be. We like the French Dip. I enjoy having the option of a relatively traditional gyro.
Tried the crispy chicken sandwich. Not nearly as good as Chicfilet or Popeye's.
