Tried them when they first opened on the parkway and was not impressed. Tried them again tonight and it was worse! 33 dollars for one bland pizza and wings that where just as bad, do not recommend at all.
Omg! We just shared one of the calzones and it was amazing! Enormous, cheesy, meaty, and with a hint of spice. Perfect dinner for a night in. Definitely recommend!! ??
Ordered a pizza. 4 toppings on half. 2 toppings on the opposite half. Received a half cheese pizza. When I picked up the pizza I realized they were all kids working aside from probably the manager. Right then and there I should have checked my pizza. When I called to let them know about it....I was asked if I wanted the pizza remade....I said no because I wasn't about to drove another 30 min for pizza. The kid then proceeds to say it's no big deal. That is awful customer service. And I was being nice on the phone. Cannot be saying things like...."it's no big deal"Come on man. Good service but pizza was not great. Looked real greasy but I was hoping it would maybe taste better than it looked, but it didn't. Reviews seemed good so we were excited to try a new place but very disappointed. Two of the pieces were mostly a bubble too.
The toppings were over whelming which sounds like that would be great but it wasn't. The pizza pooled with grease. We ordered ex cheese but it was barely there if it was. When you picked up a slice all the toppings fell off, even then you didn't see any cheese. The man was super nice when we called & offered to remake it or give us credit. 1st we chose to remake it but called back because we didn't want to drive back w/ a fussy toddler. The man who answered then was super rude & basically said we were liars. He decided we would only get $5. off not a replacement pizza. It's ok, we will not go back. Their pizza is to expensive to have bad customer service and there are way to many other options.
We are originally from a Northwest Suburb of Chicago and it took our family awhile to find a pizza place we enjoy, and we really do enjoy Alfano’s Pizza. Staff and delivery drivers have also been kind and friendly as well. Just had the turkey and avocado sandwich last night, and it was fantastic
Just had the new Turkey Sandwich coming to the menu soon and it was fantastic. Super filling but light all at the same time! I will definitely order this in the future!! My family loves Alfanos!!
Not only great pizza but while I was waiting and getting ready to go in and get it, they walked it out to my car. Did not even ask. Above and beyond. Stellar!!!
ordered over 100 dollar delivery yesterday. was told they only had one driver. I agreed to the hour wait for delivery. when order came it was short 2 items. I agreed to a credit for my shorted items. never got the credit. There are plenty of other Italian food places in Wentzville. That's where I'll be going in the future.
