After showing my military ID to the nice cashier who took my order, she needed manager Kayla to input the military discount. She’d asked to see my military ID again. We told her the cashier already saw it and she insisted to see it again bc I can only assume she’s losing pay for me giving me a military discount. Take it up with corporate that you dislike giving government discounts. I can’t stand petty privileged women. Her attitude was super ugly. She tried turning ppl away from ordering by telling them the wait is 45 minutes to an hour. She was heated when I went ahead and placed my order LOL. Companies should really stay away from hiring ppl like her.
First and only time going here. Came in and ordered 10 wings, fries and a drink to go. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get the order done. When I paid for the overpriced food, I used a card. Not to mention I never gave them a name or anything. My order was made out to a "Ryan". If you haven't noticed, that's not my name, and I made sure it was my order, not someone else's. Not only was I confused cause it was my first time eating here and my order was made out to the wrong name, everyone seemed confused like they don't know what's going on. The wings were very mediocre, fries were greasy and gross, the ranch I got was runny and watery, and the drink that I had to come back to get cause I never received one when I first got my food was so little I might as well have not gotten it at all. I'm not going to bother eating at Wingstop again. Don't go here. It's confusing and a waste of time and money.
Deserve NO STARS , Too many kids work here and aren’t working. My guy and I placed a order over the phone and we were told our food would be ready shortly. We drove a ways to get to the restaurant, once we arrived the girl told us that our order wasn’t saved and we would have to reorder our food and wait longer. She was very nonchalant about it and didn’t have sympathy nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. We Couldn’t believe how unprofessional the service was and didn’t like her attitude so we walked out. I’m never going here again. They don’t know what customer service is!!
Horrible experience, recommend staying away. Per previous orders the wings are great however per the 3/23 visit the customer se vice is horrendous. Placed an online order for pickup, all went well but upon opening the bag at home the sauces were missing, called the store for resolution which they said nothing could be done and hung up when requesting the associate’s name. I returned the product and corporate issued a refund. It seems like this could be a great business if they remedy their staffing issues.
Literally waited 20 minutes for an order of 10 wings with nobody else in line, all the workers just talked in a group, i don’t even think they started to work on my order til 10 minutes after i placed it. Then one employee proceeds to make her self an order of wings before mine even come out.
Ordered for delivery at a certain time, it arrived early and cold. No drinks included in the order. Tried to call the store but of course couldn't get past the automated message that played the same message no matter what option you chose. Tried the wings and they are covered in sauce but taste like nothing. Don't waste your money. This place is trash.
Horrible service..they suppose to be open till 9pm always closing the doors at 8:15pm. Ask female manager with pony tail and her significant other white male with glasses why so early? They response was cause it takes us 2hours to clean. Also trying to find out who’s in charge they won’t give you a name. Would not recommend going there..Came one night caught the same two driving giving free food to the Mobil gas station worker but couldn’t take myself and 4 other customers who also was turned around
I guess this location just makes up their own hours. Was placing an order for pick up and noticed I would have to wait until after 1:30. Unsure why when their original hours started at 11am. Drove up there to just order in person there was a note saying new hours where 1pm to 9pm. Left went home and now the website said they open at 2pm. Every other location has normal hours this location just does what it wants.

If they call and resolve, I am happy to update this if it is handled well.1/21I placed an order at 10a and was curious why it wouldn’t be ready until 1:30 seeing as they open at 12. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered. I needed the food long before 1:30 and I didn’t want to be charged. When i checked my email it said to call the store. I tried again, no answer.So I decided to drive to the store to see if they could get it ready and i found a paper sign that said they don’t open until 1. I knocked on the door twice and no response. Once the team member saw me.. he came over knocked on the window and just pointed at the sign. I signaled that I still needed his help so he opened the door.i explained what happened and he welcomed me in from the cold. I explained what happened and he said I needed to go online to cancel it… then I explained again that the email said to call the store, which they never picked up. He took my number and said the DM would call once they open and it is not 3:46 and no call.I am beyond frustrated with this experience and honestly just want my return. I have no intentions on coming back to this location.Not that I care, but I saw a sign about masks.. fine I grabbed mine from my purse and put it on and then as soon as I got there, neither employee was wearing one. I hate masks, I don’t wear them as much as possible, but if you’re going to put a sign up and expect the customers, the employees should at least be wearing it as well.Or take the sign down if you don’t plan to implement this policy.
Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered 40 wings with the group pack deal and was supposed to come with 4 ranches. Was missing ALL ranch and rolls we ordered. I couldn’t believe we paid that much money for all those wings with zero sauce. I was hesitant before ordering per the reviews and it proved me right. Don’t waste your time!
