We were at the drive thru deciding what to order. We started ordering a few things and wanted to add stuff to our order and the employee was rude and had an attitude when we wanted to add stuff. So we did not complete our order. Whoever the employee was needs an attitude check. You DON'T talk to anyone that way. I hope Wendy's takes care of her attitude. Totally unprofessional!!!
The Wendys app didn't work and the manager literally shrugged her shos and said she didn't know about the app. The counter person didn't care that I was upset and ignored me and didn't give me a receipt. The food was ok but seemed as though the chicken breast was a little old.
My parents encountered an extremely rude woman at this location today via the drive thru. Never coming here again. My dad simply asked "why the drive thru screen is covered up" and this woman went off on him assuming that he was applying that she's stupid and can't take orders correctly. Welp you don't deserve a job period.
Arrived 5:25. After 28 min in line the hamburger was dry & luke warm. Order was correct. No apology for delay which I'm told by others is the norm at this location. Never again.
I have just recently started to visit this Wendys again. The dining room is open for lunch now. And looks like they have removed the rude managers. All the girls that work now are really sweet and want to make sure you get what you need.
Food was cold and awful. Refused to give barbq with fries. I'll pay for. But nope. I will continue to drive farther to mid rivers Wendys much better food and service
10 min wait in drive thru then got orde missing food that was ordered. Had to park go inside only to have manager give me lip service about needing to calm down and I shouldn't be upset. Starts yelling across the counter she's not dealing with me. Duh I have the right to be upset and complain I am paying. Worst place if you have service issues
Ordered a double, got a single. Fries aren't seasoned. The kid in the drive thru window didn't say one word to us, overall a bad experience and we'd rather just go to Burger King.
Very rude manager and employee that was working today. Would not ever allow me to purchase additional sauce, stingy and very unprofessional. The manager didn’t even know how to contact her boss or who owns the franchise. Terrible service these people should not be working in this establishment. Will never spend my money in here again.
Placed a mobile order. Drive through only so had to wait a long in line of vehicles to get food. App is clunky. Shows curbside pickup available, but wouldnt let me place the order. Not sure why someone that placed a mobile order should have to wait behind a line of vehicles that havn't ordered. Not bothering with mobile order again.
