Told me they were closed when they still had 2 hours of operation left also when questioned about it they then said that they only had 2 people in store. In summary the staff was too lazy to make one person's order at 10 pm when they had more than enough time to clean up afterwards

The last few times we've been here in the evening hours the drive through has been painfully slow. One car gets through maybe every ten minutes. Several people that are in the line with us just decide to leave. The employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency. This last time a couple of the employees were standing at the entrance to the dining room talking to someone while the drive through wasn't moving at all.We didn't have any issues at this location prior to a few months ago. We live close so this was a convenient stop for us. Pretty disappointing.

While the food is normally consistent, the drive through is not. Once you order you’re stuck, no way out and sometimes will be forced to sit for 30-45 minutes without moving. Good luck on your gamble!

Ordered on their App and it allowed for in-store pickup. After waiting more than 25 minutes and not getting a notification my order was ready I walked to the door only to find it was locked. The drive thru line was backed all the way onto Jungerman. Never again!If in-store pickup is unavailable then don't have it as an option. Can't wait to argue and get a refund tomorrow ?

Things ran late and I ended up out and about when almost everything else was closed, needing to grab a quick dinner on the way home. Taco Bell is one of the very few places open past 10pm so I stopped there. After wasting 15 minutes in line/waiting for someone to acknowledge me, I left. It is clear that staff is there, hiding in the back somewhere. Everything is open and on, but they will not serve you. I was one of six cars to pull away without buying anything.

Was stuck at the drive thru window for 20 minutes only to receive a little over half of our order and it was already cold. We watched as the staff played and joked with each other instead of working. When we got home we called the store to speak with the manager, and we're told that they only had 4 people working (there were six employees) and that was justified for the poor quality and incorrect order. Also that they can't give information to get in contact with the general manager. Will not be going back at any time in the first. I hope they can correct their lack of management.

Went there last night. Ordered online food was to be ready at 11:30. Got there at 11:28. Must have turned away at least 8 cars. Said they were closed. After raising he'll finally got my food. Four or five people standing around. Will not be going back. Place has gone to he'll. Less than 1 star.

I used to have great experiences at the this location. Today was a change. They tried to sell me uncooked food to give to my son. When we tried to resolve the issue they ignored us so, we went back through the drive thru. They withheld our receipt and the excuse was because they "didn't know how they're POS system worked to reprint another one and don't mess with it." We will be speaking to the GM Joe on Tuesday.

Worst experience. Guy at the drive through opens the window, then slams it again because he and his coworker are yelling about how they were going to go off on the person ahead of us but they didn’t feel like losing their job that night. They should. Rude, didn’t make anything in our order correct, and kept laughing and yelling the entire time our food was sitting on the counter just waiting to be handed over.

Twice now I’ve ordered through DoorDash and they didn’t get the order right. This time I called and asked them to have the missing item ready for me, they said no and I would have to order when I got there. I get there, lobby is closed and there is a line of cars in the drive through out to the street. I called again and asked them to make the item and hand it to me so my food at home didn’t get cold waiting in the long line. They said no. This is absolutely ridiculous. You’re in the customer service industry. Do better.
