Ordered 2 Chili Cheese burritos and add seasoned ground beef and add refried beans to both.The chili had hardly any taste and there was very little beef or beans added. Just a cheesy disappointing wet mess in a burrito wrap. $10 for this disappointment!!!
It was a very long drive thru line. However, they were very constituent and precise with the order. The order was processed as ordered and didn't take long once it was ordered.
I know they're experiencing staffing shortages, but to be honest they've had trouble long before that. Too long of wait times, some menu items are completely different each time you order them, and they're often rude.
I enjoyed a delicious Taco Supreme combo, with Mug root beer and two yummy Cinnabons.?
It has been a while since I've been to any Taco Bell but thankfully this particular experience was nice. The food was fresh and the toppings were portioned equally.
Nobody can get an order correct anymore! I asked for 3 crunchy tacos and 3 soft tacos. I got 2 crunchy and 3 soft. It's just the principal of the matter. All fast food places are the same kind of service everywhere I go!
Ordered online for the first time and that was a big mistake. I arrived at the restaurant at the time I was told it would be ready and waited 30 minutes for my order. There was no one working the front register the whole time and it was obvious they were prioritizing drive through. There was someone who looked like he may be the manager sitting in a booth the whole time and he never lifted a finger to help. I was completely ignored after they first asked who I was until I finally got the attention of someone preparing the food and reminded them I had been there 30 minutes and they then started on my order. I hate to be a “Karen” but this was ridiculous. All the workers were working hard (except the mystery man wearing a Taco Bell polo, watching a laptop in the booth) but their customer service was abysmal. Food was fine.
We went to this location last night and the crew and manager Amy were the nicest people and we had the best food ever from there. They are very great people and will definitely be back
This Taco Bell doesn't seem to have all of the same items as some other locations (such as a chili-cheese burrito) but that means that they might have stuff that others don't. In any case, the service has always been fast, courteous, & accurate so we'll be coming here again any time we're in the area.
Quick, tasty food for an okay price. I like using the app for deals and food items not on their regular menu. Like steak quesaritos or supreme steak chalupas. No Mexican pizza though
