Have gone up 2 times now to get breakfast at about 9 today and in past around same time so a hour past open time at least. Same manager of older lady ignore the speaker so go knock since paid on the app. She says we are not open both times. I say it says 8am on the window and the app. This time since I said the time she says there truck is there so not open. And says I'm not arguing and walks away. I wanted a simple reason why both times I have came up and she was there both times but not give an opology or a reasonable explanation why she can't make our order. If truck was there then like when I managed have people there to help. Don't say we not open then slam the glass in my face cause you know your wrong. Never going back to that one and calling corporate over how unprofessional this is handled along with lack of communication to stores. If they are not going to ever be open when said the store and corporate need to change it like they did for the midrivers location off 70

I’m so mad. Just got my order back to my house after waiting in a very long line (which is… whatever). Well, guess what?? Missing a Crunchwrap Supreme, a Cinnabon Delight, didn’t have any of the sauces we requested, no napkins, AND I didn’t even get a receipt. Plus, the food was terribly made and cold. I even checked the screen after placing the order, and everything had been entered correctly. Then, when the guy handed me our food (which was over $40), I asked if that bag had everything in it… to which the window guy simply blew me off. My instincts told me to check the bag, but there was a long line behind me and I was anxious to get home and eat. Then…… boom. The ridiculous description I gave at the top. Unbelievable. To say I’m dissatisfied would be an understatement. What an insult and embarrassment.

I placed an order online for pickup in store to avoid the driveway thru line. When I got there the doors were locked. So I had to sit through the drive thru line anyway. There's no sign on the door to indicate how you're to pick up your order. If in-store pickup isn't available, it shouldn't be listed as an option when you place your order. AND they got my order wrong.

I’m typically not the one to rate poor reviews but management has got to get this together. There was a mile line Saturday night with no movement. Me and other cars waited at least 30 minutes before I threw in the towel. Management needs to increase wages (this is a billion dollar company) and maybe that can at least get people to show up. I get it, I’ve worked in retail/food and customers can be jerks. Increase pay and make it worth it for the employees to come back.

Absolutely horrible. Have been told at least 5 times they have no more food when coming to pick up an online order. Then they neglect to refund me half the time.Last time discovered they just choose to tell people they are out of food so they dont have to fufill orders. Because when I got upset and asked to speak to a manager, they magically were able to fill the order even though they just told they were out.Close the place down if you can not effectively run it. Horrible ownership!!!!!

Avoid this Bell, you will wait way too long for drive through, and they just tell you they're short staffed. The manager must be fired, and the place should be shut down. They obviously don't know how to train their employees to expedite orders and serve customers with respect. The girl at the window, gave all the cars in front of mine their food before taking my order. Will never go back!

I enjoy getting yelled at that they are not open or making any food. Hard for Me to tell if no signs up and I'm a door dasher that got sent to that location for pick up. I drove around twice called restaurant 5 times only for them to hang up on me then I drove to window and honked my car horn to get their attention only to be yelled at by the rude employee about they are not open, didn't give me a chance to say why don't you put a sign up telling dasher this. She yelled it not her problem it's door dash problem I'm like how am I supposed to know if your not open to report to door dash the issue. Then when I stay In the drive through because they are NOT open anyway I report to door dash I drove around front she came out to take a picture of my car license plate, all in doing is sitting outside store trying to get door dash on the line because I can't just press a button and cancel orders. I would of loved if she called the cops on me because I was just doing my job for my customer. Ended up reporting the while thing to customer and to door dash who wrote a report. Tried to call taco bell HQ but no one would answer the phones.

They used to have their dining room open all the time but now they never do so anytime, I go over there it's annoying because I have to walk back home and not get a taco or drink. ? there always slow and I just want a crunch wrap supreme. Like you could not sit at the front on your phone lady.

Just drove through. Ordered 2 grilled chicken burritos - not avacdo ranch no strips.The chicken was not fresh. It was hard and dried out. My take is left over from last night or nuked too long in the micro.There was absolutely no chipotle sauce in either if them. Dry as a bone. I thought it would be correct as it appeared on screen at drive through.The receipt says how I ordered but its didn't come as I expected. I want my $$ back. $4.34
