On May 14, 2022. Around 1:15, I walked in, ordered and sat inside to eat. I witnessed several customers being talked to and treated very unfairly, enough to almost get up and say, hey why don’t you be more patient and nicer with your customers. The male working was Terribly rude to every single person he served. I do not recommend this establishment whatsoever!!!!! I wouldn’t give them a dime!
DOES NOT TAKE CHAIN COUPONS. The location is super clean but no one in it and only one employee during dinner rush. No coupon sign is at the far corner of store so have to go all the way in before being notified that the owners don't care about customers. Left without ordering and won't be back. St Peters is full of wonderful restaurants that care about their customers and not just the bottom line. If they don't want to honor coupons they shouldn't be part of a chain.
Great food, of course. The girl that served us very nice. It was super hot though. Hope the a/c works for the employees sake.
I was the only person in the place and felt extremely rushed. The employees were rushing around like crazy as if the place was full. They were very short with me when asking what I wanted on my sandwiches. I had trouble understanding him because he was being so short with me and he got very frustrated with me. He was very unfriendly and rude. I will not be back.
I would leave negative stars if that was an option. The manager working was the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever met. He wouldn’t listen to my wife with what she wanted then he put the wrong sandwich in a bag. When she called up there he wouldn’t listen and hung up on her. Then I go up there to get the correct sandwich and he was continually being rude I asked for the corporate information and he told me “figure it out”. Who does that? That is a customer service role and this was the worst customer service I have ever had. We will NEVER eat there again and I encourage others not to either. There are a lot of other deserving business that need the business but not this one, not worth it. The manager seriously needs to look for another career path, this one isn’t it for him!
Absolutely worst service ever and rude employee was encountered at this subway after his mistake decided to hang up phone on me went up to have orders fixed asked for corporate and owner name was told to figure it out my self would not recommend this subway to anyone
Warning: Lunch crew has THE WORST attitude I’ve ever experienced! If I could give negative stars I would!Not only did they act like we inconveniencing them by coming in at 2PM, but they had snarky responses when asking about new items and the manager/supervisor witnessed the entire thing and just ran to the back. They had one slice of mozzarella cheese left and the guy cut it in half and only put that on my husbands wrap instead of getting more from the back. When we asked for light spinach the guy put two large handfuls on the wrap. No conversation, no eye contact, all we got were dirty looks, snippy, short answers, and then they ran to the back faster than the register closed.
I hate all the bad reviews! It's a sandwich not a 5star restaurant! Just had 3 sandwiches made in LESS than 5 min. The hardest working subway guy( Aaron) 've ever seen here and this has been my store since it opened! Aaron rocks this sandwich shop!
Why send out coupons if you don't accept them? Coupons are good for all sandwiches except... lists literally 95% of your sandwiches...
My service was great. They were busy but fast, polite, and level headed. Even with an extremely rude customer.
