The tip jar and tip options on the card reader is rediculous. You made me a sandwich and I took it home. Are you going to drive to my house a couple times while I eat the sandwich to check up on how I'm doing. Are you coming to my house to refill my drink when it is low. It is time to stop this tip for everybody BS. I'm not subsidizing your employees incomes. How about you pay them more. I do not revisit places of business that have this sht.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Husband placed order here to bring home and gave me the receipt. Noticed they charged us for a meal when we only got a sub. Called store and they said we had to come back in to get refund!!! Only store that does this. I went in later that night. Teenage cashier took my receipt and said he would refund the sub to card. Two months later and still not refunded. Called corporate (no customer service) but I accidentally got someone who told me to talk to local manager (which I had) or my bank. Bank refunded 100%. Wasted hours disputing a $2 charge that was totally their fault and we should never have been charged for. Not a respectable business.

What happened to Subway? I went to another location 2 months ago off Mid Rivers mall drive, and food didn't taste good. Lady that handed my food to me was very rude. And they didn't give me my discount after buying 3 foot longs..
My boyfriend just went to get us subway, and as I was eating it I feel something weird in my mouth so I pull it out and it's a red piece of plastic. I imagine it probably came off of some kind of packaging that their product comes in that probably fell in during prep but gross, nonetheless. I try to not make a habit of eating plastic so maybe be more careful next time when prepping your stuff.

The owners are so friendly and very helpful! They also own other Subways in the community and really are some of the best to go to for lunch or dinner! Definitely stop by! Highly recommend :)
Subway is always a quick and easy restaurant to get good food at. If you don't feel like cooking tonight or don't want to eat out, subway is a great option for any amount of people.
