Great quality food for a steak n shake, consistent for the most part. Day shift usually only forgets small things on the orders and are very friendly. Night shift is definitely a different story but even that isn't terrible by any means. Probably the best representation of what a steak n shake should be, coming from someone who worked there for over 3 years.
I really changed my mind a lot about this steak and shake the service is really good and the food is good and here's the best thing with prices the way they are today and this economy you couldn't do better price wise or food wise eat here it's good....
didnt give us our complete order, had an attitude. dont like to leave bad reviews usually but their employees genuinely are really rude. food was warm except fries were ice cold. ate in parking lot, not even from the drive home.
The food is great ? but I don't like eating outside in the car I think we should get to go and eat inside of the Restaurants and then we can enjoy our self better by sitting in side the Restaurants.
Went through the drive through. From now on I'll eat there or go another time. I don't know what it was, you just need to have it fresh, right there!
Steak 'n Shake has been around for a very long time. They would not have survived if their food was not good. I still go to this restaurant all the time. Also, their chili is great.
Still NO in-person dining. But that may good thing, not sure current staff has desire to return to direct contact with customers, since they lack customer service standards of the old pre S&S, before the hedge fund took over and destroyed the chain. The app still has major issues.
Ordered Hamburgers WAY WAY over cookie, onion rings soggy Drive threw takes forever. Am Leary about going back after this.
Waited in line for a very long time. Half my order was missing. What I did receive was cold and my hamburger was so burnt it was like biting into ice. I dont no how this location is still open. Should close this one down and left others standing. I will not be returning that's for sure!!!
No better location than to get charged for your full order and have something missing. Dining room closed so you can't even go in to get it fixed. This place screws you more than wall street
