The young woman on the register was friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff was rude. I asked for my drink to be remade because it tasted bad. I was told I ordered it wrong. When I said I have always ordered this drink, a grande iced latte nonfat, she replied skim milk was “always gross” and shuttered. Then she said I was use to gross water and a bad Starbucks amongst other things. I drove to a different location and my drink was remade properly. The difference in the color alone was crazy. Skip this location, rude staff, drinks not made correctly, make fun of customers, and more then sub par service.

The staff is always friendly. They are always busy but get orders done quickly and accurately. The drive thru is really the only issue as it blocks the parking lot as well as the exits and entrances at times.

Had ordered ahead and drove there during the waiting time so it wasn’t melted. I was a little bit late (10 ish minutes), I pull up and the line is extending out of the parking lot. There was a man outside taking orders (didn’t ask his name) and he was very quick and friendly. I then went inside and they asked me for my name and quickly found it for me. I had ordered an iced chai latte with 4 shots and a kind worker wrote on the cup that I could save some money by ordering if differently but it still being the same thing. Overall this is one of my favorite locations to pick up some good coffee.

Honestly, I never went here till the other day, they go above and beyond on customer service, made suggestions, and an awesome strawberry lemonade smoothie that is amazing ?

2 times now that ive gotten iced coffee from here and found drowned SPIDERS in my drink. Place needs to be bug bombed asap. Never going to this location again.

The man that was taking orders outside because of the line was EXCEPTIONAL. He was so polite and courteous. I hope to see him again! Really set the tone for my day!

The service was great but the drive through line is not the way It should be they have a worker outside taking orders instead of a machine the machine works but I'm pretty sure they do it so that they can gain more business than their neighbor panera bread co. It's really annoying because their is a car spaced gap.

I place an online order through the app. The app said my order will be ready @ 3:25, I arrive at 3:22. A girl proceeded to tell me, "just for future orders we would like to be given 10 or 15 minutes after placing an online order, so we're not scrambling to make your order". Just confused on that assessment when there's drive-thru orders being placed - isn't it the same concept? The attitude & lecture wasn't appreciated or needed.

Multiple times me and my girlfriend have come to this location and they've either gotten her order wrong even when we order ahead or hers isn't ready or mine isn't ready by the scheduled pickup time. I had to wait 20 mins for her drink when mine was already out. We don't get complex drinks. They need to listen to their online order tickets and complete drinks as they come in. Not whenever it's easy for them to complete

Quick stop in close to closing time for a couple drinks. Staff was very friendly and happy to make the drinks, unlike some other places that would have just yelled out that they're about to close the moment we walked in the door.
