As usual they were out of some ingrediant in a sandwhich, this time the roasted turkey! So they put on regular turkey and charged the same. They have been getting lighter and lighter onbthe meet they put on and this was no exception. Should of just called it a bread sandwhich not a roasted turkey and avocado
Had a great dining experience as usual, and my wife used her Panera Bread gift card to make a reasonably priced meal even more affordable!!!:) ? Yum!!!:)
The food always hits the spot refreshing drinks and staff are usually so polite and helpful! Good for dine in or takeout keep up the good work y'all!
Great place for breakfast. Inside it is relatively quiet and the food selection and preparation are excellent. Plenty of seating to maintain a safe distance.
incredibly dirty, it was really gross and unsanitary! the bathroom was pretty dirty too. im talking trash all over the floor, tables with wet spots on them, trash all over the bathroom floor, crumbs and food everywhere. the food was great, the dining area was horrible
Great in person. Friend ordered and I went to pick up 2 drinks.They were out of both, so probably shouldn't have sold them. I know you can't buy out of stock bagels online, so it's not a technical limitation.
I ordered through the app for pick up. I physically watched the kid working the expo line check everything off of my receipt before handing it to me and to tell me it was all there, but when I got home part of my order was missing. Even though I called after their "lunch rush" as instructed by the message, no one ever answered, no matter what line option I chose. The mid Rivers mall location is nicer and more responsive to their customers. I'm only giving two stars because the order was at least ready on time.
Bread Co.s in the area are a comfortable meeting spot to talk business and have a coffee or tea...but the price tag for a sandwich leads to a lower rating. The Pick 2 lunch option i purchased today resulted in the smallest sandwich i have seen in quite some time. Im ok with a smaller sandwich ( let's face it, portion sizes are out of control) but adjust the price accordingly. Thats my only complaint. Unfortunately, its a major deterrent to eating here again.
Bread Co is always good. I'm only giving 4 stars because my food (a salad) was ready about 15 minutes after my friends who ordered (bagel & a sandwich) despite the fact I ordered first.I believe this was because I prefer through the app and they used the in store kiosk.
Order was stolen from rapid pick up. Waited 30 minutes for food to get remade. Manager said this happens all the time. Why do you leave food out for people to just walk up and grab? Bacon turkey bravo had 3 thin slices of turkey not even covering the sandwich. Weak sandwich, not worth it. Soup container 3/4 full, not worth it. I guess they need to charge that much for food when you can just walk up and grab whatever you want. All manager said was sorry about that. Wish I could give no stars. I will not ever be going to this location again.
