Ir wasn't bad. But not special either. I did the salad bar. Some of it tasted fresh, some not. The carrots were stuck to the bottom of it's bowl. I won't avoid the place, but will likely choose somewhere else next time.
We arrived about 30 minutes before closing so I'll say that upfront. I ordered fajitas, not exactly the best choice but it sounded good. The tortilla were hard and tasted like they had mold on them. The rice was rice pilaf, not Mexican at all. It was very underwhelming. The service was fantastic. We never had to ask for a refill and or plates were gone as we finished. Super sweet and efficient. The burgers and chicken strip dinner that everyone else had was hot and tasty. My food wasn't.
This is one of the few restaurants left that still has a salad bar and it is delicious. They have all kinds of toppings that allows you to make the perfect salad. Their food is average but I mainly go for their large salad bar.
Same ole chain food but great server!
I am sitting at a very sticky table in this Ruby Tuesday as I write this review. I brought my family here for one reason...the salad bar. It is 7:15pm on a Friday night and there are maybe 5 occupied tables. Half the salad bar items are empty. No mushrooms, egg, cheese, multiple dressings, prepared salads...all empty and most of them were the items I like on my salad! One bartender doing nothing behind the bar, two waitresses next to the bar doing nothing and I don't know what the matre de was doing...she may have been the mgr. I asked them to stock the salad bar. The matre de ended up stocking the salad bar after spending 10 minutes talking with customers at the table next to us. It still was not stocked by the time my entree came out, so i had them take it off the ticket. Our waiter was male, as was the waiter for the adjecent table. Those two and the worker keeping the plates stocked on the salad bar were the ones doing any work! Sticky tables, unmanaged staff, unmanaged product and an exterior that is starting to show signs of neglect... unfortunately, I think this location will go by way of so many Ruby Tuesdays across the country that have closed in the last 5 years. Can't blame this one on COVID! Very disappointing and I will not return.
Very slow. Took a long time!We sat waiting for the appetizers for 55-min! Then we asked about our food, the waitresses said the chicken nachos take "A While". Another 15min past and we got a yummy meal. Turns out there is only one cook and one waitress.
It was horrible the food came out late & it was cold & dried out. We told the waitress Liz she didn't say sorry or anything. She wasn't Friendly at all. We ask for Manager they never came, just offer to recook the meals. And some of us got the Salad bar we had to ask for Lettuces & eggs for that. I have a Large family so about 15 of us was there to Celebrate my Sister Birthday & we all sd will never go again. Liz & Manager that nite Friday May 27,,2022 gets a 0 from me.
We waited over an hour for burgers that came undercooked and cold. My husband never got his 2nd beer, but we were charged for it (asked to have that removed). The place was not real clean (sticky floors and tables) and some booth seats and lamp shades were torn. There were only 3 tables of people there, so the slow service was not due to a crowd. I am surprised they are still open.
Went back to Ruby Tuesday today with my wife for dinner. When we went in a sign indicated there was no hostess and to wait to be seated. About 5 minutes went by and finally an employee came and said she could seat 2 of the 4 groups that had accumulated at the front door and the others would have to wait 10-15 minutes. This was because the restaurant was severely understaffed. Apparently there was only 2 waitresses and one manager/cook/dishwasher on duty. The manager came and got us drinks after we were ignored for another 10 minutes. We decided to do the salad bar since we were being ignored and didn't want to risk it taking forever to get food prepared and served. One problem though - there were no plates at the salad bar. Had to ask for plates and wait for warm ones to be brought out. Warm plates for salad? Really? The salad bar had a number of items depleted with no staff to refill them. Our waitress finally acknowledged us 1/2 way though our meal. And really didn't do anything but remove the menus and bring us a check.A) I would have left before we were seated if my wife had agreedB) Staff was doing the best they could, but were never going to catch up. They were trying.C) the owner needs to bring this restaurant up to speed or shut it down.D) I had a bad experience at another chain restaurant in 1983 and haven't been back to one of those locations since. Ruby Tuesday has joined that list so I won't be helping keep them in business.
Employees were very sweet. But there wasn't very options to choose from for being pregnant. I asked for a burger and for it to be all the way done but came out burnt. And my bake potato was nasty. Not sure what happened but they use to be really good.
