Won't return to this restaurant. The burgers were nothing special, Rally's are just as good for half the price. Our seats were full of crumbs. I watched as our waiter cleaned a table, not very thoroughly, and didn't wipe the salt & pepper grinders or ketchup bottle at all. In this world we're living in one would think they would do a better job.
Celiac here and always appreciate the gluten free options. They have separate fryers for anyone with a gluten allergy. My husband always tells them I can't have any cross contamination and so far so good the servers and staff have been outstanding in ensuring I don't get glutened. The food is good! Service is great! Perfect for a quick bite or a family dinner.
Excellent waitresses very attentive. Another waitress was passing our table as my friend was finishing his soda and brought him another glass without even asking. Our meal was good, the garlic fries were good. Wasn't too impressed with the onion rings. I didn't really like the batter, but that's my personal opinion.
Just had THE BEST dining experience! I brought in my 2 children (8 & 11) and we were greeted/sat immediately. My kids chose to dine outside and the patio was clean & comfortable. Our server (Moriah) was attentive and very kind. Our food came out so fast and was DELICIOUS!! I ordered The southwest salad and I was impressed the chicken was tender and season so well the greens were fresh and of course my children ate all of their food.
Had to order my burger twice because the first one was wrong. Then had to wait 20 minutes for drinks. Asked one of the kitchen runners for fries and drinks but no one helped. By the time my food arrived my husband was finished with his and staring at me. I sent him home and ate the rest by myself. Awful dining experience and way too stressful trying to get anyone to check on our table for anything.

If it wasn’t so costly for a burger and fry I would eat here more often. Overall the experience was great, food tasted perfect service was excellent and all in a timely manner. Three of us however with one drink a piece spent almost 80.00 before a tip on three burgers three fries and three drinks. Felt like that was a bit too much. I could have gone to an actually dinner for that amount. 80 for lunch is a bit steep for me. But other than that it was a wonderful experience!

To Collin, the manager at the Red Robin on Mid Rivers, you are the best!Left my phone there last night and when we called around 10:15 he joyfully said we close at 11, but we will still be here after if you need more time to get it! Said nope we're on our way... got there told the bartender (who was also extremely friendly) what happened and that we talked to Collin, she goes, "OH! You talked to Collin!" and immediately went to get him. He gave me my phone, I told him how nice he had been and he even complimented me on my hoodie on the way out. Way to go Collin, way to go ? you are appreciated
