After happy Joe try charging me 31 dollars for a cheese pizza I came across the street and here at Pizza Hut charge me 11.50 that’s worth it
This location is on point. There was a time when I refused to come to this location due to lack of care and poor quality, but it appears that changes were made and I couldn't be happier with the service now. I even waited several trips before posting this just to be sure. Order with confidence.
Called and placed an order for pickup from the menu online. Warning... the prices online are not what is charged!! Location said they are aware that the prices don't translate to the location the order is placed at!!! False advertising!! The pizza was for a group and was told the pizza wasn't as good as it used to be. Will look for another pizza place.
Stacy was incredibly polite and went above and beyond! In my experience, she treats customers with more respect than I’ve seen at any fast food chain. Our food was fresh and our order was correct! Very happy!
We ordered two pizzas and both of them arrived so hot we almost couldn't eat them. They had excellent flavor and texture. We will definitely be reordering and soon!
Ordered for delivery two little pan pizzas,Cinnabons & two sodys only received Cinnabons , one pizza ( which was made wrong ) and one soda , the call center which was called multiple times due to the people answering the phones there not being able to grasp the English language , was then put on hold for 30 minutes. So went to the physical location of the store and there was only one person working there and with them only having 30 minutes left before close this very nice , very professional lady named Stacey , not only remade the whole order with a size up on the pizzas , but also gave me credit on my next order . Will be using this Pizza Hut exclusively from here on out !
I placed an order at 8:18 pm two pizza. I went Pick it up 20 minutes later. There was a women and man in the store but would NOT open the door. I called them/customer service 3 times regarding and they hung up on me each time. The DISTRICT MANAGER and CORPORATE needs to address this matter. The store was supposed to close at 11 pm but the women was closing down the register while I was at the door. When they saw us at the door they walked away to the back. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional rude and disrespectful behaviors from a business in my life. SMH
Ordered a 2 liter of Mountain Dew with my food. Location called and said they were out and asked what I would like to substitute. Driver arrived with Mountain Dew as they had noticed three bottles still in the fridge. I was pleased the store bothered to communicate at all and delighted when the driver showed up with what I had ordered. 10/10. Pay everyone more.
My only issue was I ordered a pepperoni pizza with bacon and mushroom and 1 Hawaiian pizza. We received 2 Hawaiian pizzas instead. Please make sure to double check orders in the future. Other than that I've never had any other issues with this pizza hut.
The food was excellently prepared. The pizza was baked and cut just right. Kudos to the Jungermann crew!
