Ordered a large 1 topping pizza. When I got to curbside I called the store to let them know I was here. Josh answered the phone so nicely and professional. He came out as soon as he can which was pretty quick while being busy and gave us our pizza with a smile on his face. Pizza was fresh. He deserves alot of recognition
They were short staffed. As the usual today. Very polite. Pizza was awesome!!!!!!!
The food quality is always perfect. Ordering from this location is always the best. Honestly they should train the other location to have the same quality service as well as food.
Even being extremely short staffed...My stuff crust pizzas came out amazing and quick. The evening boss was very overworked yet still friendly and upbeat. They only had one driver that night so I picked it up. Their dining area is closed right now due to staff shortage.
I started to order a pizza from this restaurant and they hung up on me, I then called again and placed a new order. We ordered a pizza on the phone and said it would be delivered at a certain time, pizza absolutely never arrived. We called the same Pizza Hut back and asked about the pizza and the woman said there was no order was ever placed. Absolutely horrible, never had such a bad experience.
The crust topper is no longer available on the pizza. This is the only thing that made Pizza Hut pizza above the competition. Plus, the price of the pizzas went up. I can get lots of other cheese pizzas from competitors for cheaper.
We haven’t had Pizza Hut in over 5 years because the one near our house in Weldon Spring was consistently terrible. So last night, after visiting with my mom who lives near this location, I decided to order pizza & wings to take home for my husband & I. I went in & placed a carry out order with John. First off, it was late, but John was so nice & helpful!! ⭐️ Secondly, the Meat Lovers pizza & bone in wings were so yummy!! The pizza was cooked perfectly & had lots of meat on it, & the wings were saucy with the perfect amount of crispness!! Thanks, John & crew for a great late night meal!! ⭐️
The pizza was fine, except I chose the no contact delivery and my door was not knocked on to notify me my pizza was here. My pizza was cold and a bit unpleasant as a result to be honest. This happened 2 other times. Other than that it was fine, just wish they were a bit more on top of it...
The pizzas hardly had any sauce or cheese on them, and thd sauce was about 2 inches from the edge of the crust and toppings were about 3 inches from the crust. The slices were cut very very irregular in size and shape also. Very disappointed in these pizzas.
The pizzas tasted good but were cut horribly. There were pieces that were only an inch wide and others that were the size of three normal slices. I had to recut the pizzas
