Best experience and pizza that l have had. The pizza baked beautifully at home and tasted amazing! I ordered the thin crust; however, it was not too thin but just right. Will definitely be returning to Papa Murphy’s without over indulging. The two young men on duty were very professional and had us out in no time with a perfect pizza. Thank you!!
Was excited to find out this Papa Murphys location was there after ours shutting down on Zumbehl. Was extremely impressed with the quality of what we got today!We purchased two of the $10 NY pizza (One cheese, one jumbo pepperoni and Italian sausage). We cooked them up and holy cow! I'm a pizza enthusiast that is all about finding good NY places, and these cooked up just perfect. Crispy crust, snap, folded perfect. They truly got it down, and you can cook them at your leisure!The taste and quality were above and beyond, service friendly, and prices were low for everything we got. We will most certainly be back!
We've been going to this Papa Murphy's location for several years and have never had a bad experience. If I order online for pickup the pizza is waiting for me as I walk thru the door and, if we drop in to have one made the staff works quickly and efficiently so even if there's a line any wait is minimal. The pizza has always been well made and tasty.
The pizza was great! It was super easy and quick. I walked right in and picked it up and the pizza was ready after being in the oven for 13 minutes. Very cheesy, and could use a little more sauce but overall it was good.
Very poor customer service. No manager on site to correct a charge issue, rude over the phone when trying to get it corrected, very poor communication, and when I asked about the military discount they said yea and still charged me the full price. I even tipped them too....Edit it was corrected but I had to go out of my way the next day to get it straightened out.
It took entirely too long for me to get my pizza and they don't even bake it. It gets 3 stars because of the pizza itself. Won't be returning too soon
Ordered online and food was ready for pickup when I arrived. I am sad that many of their stores have closed. My wife and I really like their pizza and there was no charge for substituting ingredients.

Pizza quality is fantastic but a large sign out front says any pizza, any size, for $10 on Tuesdays. So I decided to come back around dinner time and was told it doesn’t work for the stuffed pizzas. I don’t understand how that’s not any pizza or any size. Will not return to a place that that bates you with false promotions. Ended up paying $18 to get a stuffed pizza because I already took the time to drive there. Quite the difference.
Pizza wasn’t that tasty, very bland. I don’t get why someone would pay those prices for raw pizza that you have to cook yourself. Frozen pizza at the grocery was better and a lot cheaper
