So apparently if you order a carry out order you can’t use a $50 bill to pay for your meal since it’s under $50 you guys need to get it together. That’s ridiculous. It’s a form of payment. Stupid.
Ask for Joseph, the guy was incredibly helpful and told me about all the specials and additions I could add to my pie. 10/10 for customer service and overall experience.
If you're going to order from Papa John's don't order from this one. I ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight and it looks like they burnt it originally and then put more cheese on it to try to fix it. Almost all of the pepperoni is under the cheese. The cheese is hard. And you can't take a bite out of a slice without everything else coming off with it. Honestly, I should be glad I got the drink I ordered too. The last time I ordered from this location I wasn't given my whole order.
The food was cold after we were told it would be received in 50 minutes. It took 90 minutes to deliver a cold pizza. Also we asked for 3 extra containers of garlic. We got 1 container of garlic sauce. How disappointing. If you forgot our pizza you could have apologized. Bad service. Will not order from here again.
Ordered a pizza at 7:30 pm. By 11 pm have talked to the store 5 times and each time it was on it way obviously who ever is I’m charge should not be horrible business.
Absolutely the worst Papa John's in the area. Ordered pickup from them one night a few weeks ago when my usual PJs was closed early. Order estimate was 14-24 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes after placing the order and was greeted by an empty store. It took over 5 minutes for an employee to even come out of the back just to eventually find out he hadn't even started prepping the food yet. Had to wait another 30+ minutes in the parking lot for it to be made. It wasn't even busy. Only two other people showed up for food while we were waiting. Do yourself a favor and go to the Jungermann location if you can. They're much better over there.
Wow! I was in a hurry coming home just trying to feed my family so I ordered online. I was way closer than I thought so I got there super early. However we decided to wait in the lobby. I noticed the entire crew smiling, positive, working together as a team and getting out so many pizzas I couldn’t even believe it. The manager was complimenting the team and the team members were under so much pressure yet said hello to every customer that walked in. I could not believe how professional and kind this team was on a busy Friday at a pApa johns. I actually thought to myself I kinda wanna work here. I am so impressed. My son asked to come next Friday just to walk delaris (spelling) spin pizza dough. Thanks so much for all you guys did tonight!!!

Placed the order online and get a call that my order is being delayed for 2.5 hours.I give them credit for calling me and that is why this is a 2-star instead of 1-star review.That said telling me you are busy with a schools order like that should make me feel like you are doing me a favor delaying my lunch that long is unacceptable. If you can't do it then you can't do it. I can move my order to another location (or another company) but regardless of why you can't fulfill my order that doesn't change the end result.Other companies have the ability to turn off on-line orders to prevent this from happening. If Papa Johns lacks that feature bad on them. If the store failed to use it, bad on them.Either way delaying my order that long and acting like you are helping me out by doing so is off putting to an extreme.
Outstanding!!!! management is out of this world and the the food and service way over above n beyond! Super fast super tasty better ingredients better pizza and well yall know the rest????
