I ordered my food through the app, and another member at my house ordered online. After you check out/pay it tells you to park in the designated spots and they will bring the food out to you. We did that, and they didn't come. We did go inside, which wasn't a big deal and got our food. Unfortunately we did not check the orders before we left and when we got home each of us were missing one meal, and the other person was missing a salad, and dessert. Plus one of my salads were the wrong salad and one of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. After calling up there they said they would replace the meals, salad, and dessert. It was close to closing time when we made it back up there, and they were originally not going to let us in. We did check the food this time, and they had forgot AGAIN to put in the salad and dessert. The manager did give us each a 15% off our next order, but we won't be going back for a while.
We celebrated my sisters 97th birthday at O'Charley's. We had 18 in our group. Vanessa our waitress was outstanding. She was very efficent, friendly & went WAY above her job description. The food was very good & reasonable priced. Thank you Vanessa!
Me and my Girlfriend chose here to have dinner after a long day. We were sat with a nice waitress and clean table. However the big downside of our experience was that all of our food was ice cold like it had been sitting in the window for 30 minutes. When I told the manager she took the food and brought it back, but it tasted even worse and like it was microwaved. Give or take an hour later when we get home, I became very sick and pale as a ghost. Would not recommend
Had to wait quite awhile to be seated. Not because they didn't have tables...but because of a staff shortage. The young (overworked) lady who waited on us was sweet and patient and took our order almost immediately after we were seated.As far as the food, I ordered some kind of seafood entry with crab cakes, shrimp and chicken. First time I ever had shrimp with a catfish coating...at least that is what it tasted like. Wasn't impressed with it.
Edited my review because I was super impressed by the way the manager took the time to not only respond to buy review but also personally call me and apologize for the long wait my family had while at his restaurant. I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time and understand that staffing shortages is a very hard thing to deal with. The way a manager handles the situation really says a lot about a restaurant and this was a perfect way to do so. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again. I hope that they are able to restore their staff soon.Food is still good like it has always been, the staffing is just getting worse every time I visit. This time they only had 2 servers and 2 cooks. They couldn’t open half the restaurant and the wait for our food was over an hour and a half. This isn’t the employees fault, they were trying very hard and were very nice… the company needs to help them out.
We normally like O'Charley's but last night was a terrible experience. There weren't very many people in there and we arrived at 6:45. The waitress took our order pretty quickly but it was 40 minutes later that they brought out our meal. We were ready to leave but the manager said that we would have to pay for it. I told the manager that the service was ridiculous. He didn't apologize only said, "It is St. Patricks." There weren't that many people! The chicken tenders were way overcooked and tough. The asparagus was overcooked and shriveled up and the mashed potatoes were cold. I told the manager it is the last time I would step foot in his establishment.
Our food was not as good as it used to be. But, then the kitchen was backed up. The loaded potato soup was great, however. Our waiter was good but, unfortunately he was also the bartender. I was disappointed. I always looked forward to eating there. It could have been a bad night. I hope it was.
Came in with a party of 10 on a Saturday evening around 7pm and had to wait for 30 minutes to be sat, no big deal I can wait. When they go to seat our party they tell us they have to split our party up into 2 different booths sitting back to back. I wasn’t happy about that because I just saw a party of 10 get up and leave. I asked the manager if we could wait for that table to be bussed so we could all sit together. He gave me some poor excuse as to why we couldn’t sit together. Once we got sat separately, one half of our party was served and had to go boxes before the other party was still sitting there with drinks only. Terrible excuses and terrible service. Won’t be coming back
While I was waiting for my to go order, 4 door dash drivers came into the restaurant. All four drivers expressed this was their least favorite restaurant in St. Charles county. 3/4 drivers ended up canceling and leaving. My experience corroborated their opinions. 40 minutes after my “order ready time” I just wanted a refund. The manager told me my order was void (it wasn’t) and provided me with a fraudulent receipt.So my bank is out $28. I’m out a $25 gift card plus the gas and time wasted by engaging with this business.Order # 8557564928131073
