I really don't know why I keep coming back I place my order and ask them for extra pickles when I got to the window I made sure I would get extra pickles off to the side then of course they pull me up and I got my food and not pickles they ask me to pull up I said no the women said I was hold the line up nope if you would have gave me pickles the frist time I would have be gone so you're the one that held you're l8ne up every time I go to this location it's a mess cold food o and bye the wY I only got 2 pickles in a 4pic nugget box wow stay classy
If I could give zero stars I would. Just left had to go back after going through drive through as items were missing. Gave us the wrong drink order also and when I got home to eat I bit into the Qtr Pounder to see this , this store had no manager on duty, really gone down hill. Feel like I’m gonna be sick
Food was hot but not fresh. My husband was up all night in the bathroom. My chicken nuggets were hot but old. I could only eat 3 with the barbeque sauce. Positive note: The ice cream machine was working.
I was treated like a one star customer. Long drive thru, most special requests are ignored and 60% of the time the food is reheated bottom of the burner trash some kid is passing off as fresh. Used to love this location, now I wish any other location was open after 11pm so I can get a DECENT experience after a long day of work. Only saving grace is the sweet old lady at the window.
Just move to a new place and don’t have any food in the house yet. Got off work really late and had only a handful of options open. McDonald’s sounded really good and this was the only location open.. well supposably open. Ended up driving over 30 minutes because the website and Google indicated the drive thru was open 24 hours. Google shows that McDonald’s themselves updated the hours 2 weeks ago. Well, they weren’t open of course. In the hour it took me to drive here and back, virtually all other restaurants I could of chosen from closed. If you are having staffing issues still, then don’t update your hours to something you cannot honor. YMIAH.
Pay almost $10 for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, (large fries and drink)... get home to find out that you don't even have 10 nuggets. C'mon McDonald's.
Whichever manager is working overnights at this location... at least this overnight, on Saturday(actually Sunday 2am-ish 4/3/22) brings Micky D's to a whole new level. I didn't know the service and food quality could be this impeccable. Give this women a bonus or store or a golden arch mansion or something! Anyway, thank you so much! Can't beat those piping hot fries. Wheeeweee.
Paid almost $8 for a double filet o fish with extra cheese, and an apple juice.Ordered mobile and chose pickup inside, but the doors were locked so I had to use the drive thru - which thoroughly confused the employees and made me feel stupid even though they were the ones causing that issue.Filet o fish had just 1 fish patty and no extra cheese. No apple juice either.Thanks for the ripoff and spoiling my already meager lunch break. I’m sure I’ll wait forever to hear back from my online complaint and never actually receive a refund or compensation (like the last time!).
I agree with other reviews - this is the WORST McDonald’s with horrendous customer service. They mess up the most simple orders and and forget pieces of the order. Each time I’ve come here there’s always something missing from my order. The employees are very loud and obnoxious. You can hear them yelling in the background, shouting and cursing and even fighting. Management needs to hire better people to work here.
These guys are AMAZING! The food is always fresh the order is correct and the staff is so nice! THE YOU GUYS FOR BEING AMAZING. I literally have to drive all the way to your location because the one on Ronald Reagan SUCKS and it's so much closer to my home.
