Employees prepping food not wearing hair nets or hats. Touching their cell phones with gloves on and did not change them. Tea in the dining room was out and the last sticker on the machine was from 7 hours prior to my visit. Restaurant was not busy and it took 20 minutes to get our food inside. Just overall awful experience.
The line seemed so long, but my total wait time was under 7 minutes. Welcoming drive thru employees and the food was accurate. Sad that the frappe machine was down still.
One staff member in particular is very rude. She was overwhelmed and frustrated due to being busy and her lack of understanding what seems like their standard operating procedures. It took some deep breathing and counting to 10 many times for a few of us to not snap back at her rude comments to guests.
This location used to be ok but I guess all good things must come to an end.... I placed a pickup order through mobile app. The order was actually a repeat from my order history that consisted of a hot Cafe Mocha and 2 other items. I was given a cold frappe after waiting several minutes and I told them I ordered a hot mocha. The cashier acted like she didn't know what a hot mocha was, asked another female who told her McDonalds doesn't sell a hot mocha. When I insisted they do sell them, I was then conveniently told by the smarter of the 2 reps, "the machine is down" and I would have to wait 20 minutes. When I asked for a refund, I was rudely told the store doesn't issue refunds on app orders and would need to call support.
The drive through was extremely busy at 4 PM today, but the crew handled everything expeditiously! Good food, especially the French fries, and the meal was reasonably priced!!!:)
This is the McDonald's that all the new hires get trained at. They always have enough staff, and the drive-thru is super fast. I will go to this one and drive past two others because it is basically quicker
the employees at this location don’t know how to put sauce in a bag. as someone over the age of 3, i could easily put sauce in a bag. this photo shows the sauces i got in my bag. notice there are 0
The crew was awesome no nonsense got the job completed way better than Jiffy Lube who sent me out with extra gasket on the oil filter and all the oil leaked out in my garage and they didn't own their mistake. These guy were sharp and thorough I will be back there alway great job guys!!!
We went on the way to a concert last night thinking it would be fast and easy... It took over 30 minutes in the drive thru and they got our order wrong! We've only been there 3 times and every single time something has been wrong but never before did we have that long of a wait! Never going back!
Got my order correct and it was hot and tasted good. First time at this McDonald's in my new neighborhood. Hope they can keep it up!
