Their sweet tea tasted like someone poured a bottle of fingernail polish remover in it. It was orange, not light brown. Immediately got a headache while drinking it and vomited. I tried calling to notify them something is wrong with the tea and never could get anyone to answer the phone. Then they took the phone off the hook! If I could give it negative stars, I would.
Unfortunately, not my favorite McDonalds. Their food is typically on-point, but other times it is not the best. Going during peak time seems to be the best bet for fresh food!
Gotta give it up to this place. Mid rivers has to be the busiest location. They are understaffed, but do a great job at trying to keep up. I do not mind waiting a few for my food here. The staff, while stressed, do a great job, and t food is always good for McDonald's.
I have never had a problem at this McDonald's. I wish their drive thru didn't make you drive around the building first, but that's my only negative, and that can't be helped.
I bought a quarter pounder with cheese for $5 and they sell 2 for $6. The cashier probably shoulda mentioned the deal. I also should've seen it, but McDonald's still sucks
I asked for no mustard on my double cheese burger, the employee responded and told me it didn't come with mustard when I got home my double cheese burger had mustard and the second double cheese burger we ordered had extra mustard most of which was on the wrapping and bun. Disappointed.
No matter how many times I get food from this mc Donald's something is always wrong with it I now have had enough when they gave me food and not one thing was right but the recipt was right this time but not one thing in my bag was correct and I've had enough the workers attitude is always terrible when I go and I never get the right food I have nothing good to say about this McDonald's
This will definitely be the last time that I go home to this McDonald’s the fact that they take so much longer than any other McDonald’s around here and even now they’re always super busy they can’t seem to keep up and it’s the second time that the entire store is out of honey. No honey mustard or just some regular damn honey it’s extremely frustrating!!! Then to top it off I either end up getting the wrong soda or a mix of some thing like they didn’t freaking remember when I said right now I have a pepper half Coke!!
This location seems to have issues with their ice cream machine working properly every time I visit lately (3 times in a row now). GET YOUR ICE CREAM MACHINE FIXED!!! I have these stupid McFlurry cards the kids got trick or treating and I've yet to be able to use them..
I placed a mobile order thru the App and went to pick up via the drive thru. Waited in a long, slow-moving double line. The guy at the window didn't ask for my order number, just speed mumbled something and handed me a bag. I quickly looked inside before pulling away and it seemed ok. Got home and realized it was someone else's order.
