Great friendly service and good food at a reasonable and affordable price! Clean dining room and men's bathroom! Great, modern decor that looks new!!!:)
If you don't have this app. I suggest you get it especially if you love McDonald's. It will save you alot of money and also give you free food if you accumulate points.
Double check your order before leaving the window and ALWAYS get a receipt. Also, the staff here needs to be trained on handling customer disputes.I had to file a credit card dispute for being overcharged by a couple of dollars, because the present manager didn't want to handle the situation.
Love the new play area but please get a camera for the parking spots in the back next to the play area. The 2xs we have gone there, there have been some shaddy looking things happening with teens in the parking lot. Looks to be drug buying/selling. Very sad to witness!
Staff and everyone was nice but when I went through the drive thru they asked me to pull around the building and wait for my food and I waited for 30mins and still no one came to give me my food and I was parked right in front of the building nor did anyone come out to tell me my food was going to take a while and they weren't even busy.
This McDonalds has always had speedy service and hot, fresh food. From breakfast to dinner, they care about what they do and it shows! All of the employees are very kind and the inside of the building is always clean. It is also one of the few McDonald's that still have a fish tank!
I enjoyed the perennial favorite: Big Mac, crunchy French fries made like no one else can make them, accompanied by my favorite: Dr. Pepper ?
I was disappointed about not being able to go inside. My friend had to use the restroom, & they are usually open inside on the week days. We had to go through the Drive-Thru. We was looking forward to eating inside.
My favorite McDonalds around! 199 Spencer road is seriously the kindest, fastest , and best McDonalds I've been to. Love coming here frequently vs other places -simply because of the hospitality. Thanks for being the best!!
This one is a hit or depending on the day of the week of who is working the drive through will dictate how your food comes out but overall not a bad place run pretty well I definitely if you arw in the area play the better fast food restaurants
