Quick Service, courteous staff, tables were all set and cleared in an orderly fashion many of the tables are kind of squeezed in between the booth areas but other than being elbow to elbow with another table the service was acceptable..Plenty of refills on water.....waiter brought us another bread and steaks were all perfectly cooked..
Haven’t been here for dinner in a long while. It was not disappointing, it was pretty good.I ordered a medium sirloin with shrimp, my sirloin was cooked perfectly and everything was seasoned well.I will be coming back soon !
I haven't been to a chain steakhouse in quite a long time, other than a recent trip to Texas Roadhouse a few weeks prior. Texas Roadhouse was too loud for me along with a disappointing, bland steak (and my steak preference is salt and pepper typically). With the recent uptick on beef prices and poor quality amongst most restaurants, we decided to give either Outback or Longhorn a try. We settled on Longhorn due to slightly better prices and ratings. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised with the Ribeye I received at Longhorn. It was flavorful, cooked perfect, and priced great. I've had 2x to 3x as expensive steaks at fancy steakhouses that were half as good. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly as well. Will definitely be going back to Longhorn soon.
2 stars for our waitress. Everyone else was great, really, and food was good. I don't take going out lightly, I've worked in the industry a lot. my kids work in the industry. She was not bad, she just isn't there when you talk to her, she doesn't listen or hear you. She's already on to next task before completing the task in front of her. people matter going out should be pleasant. the bus help was kind friendly smiling and engaging. the food server smiled and took care of the food incorrect on my plate. Wait staff only needed to be friendly and take our order. we will come back but if we get that server we will ask to moved. steaks we're perfectly cooked.
Went to lunch with my sister in law. We both ordered the chop steak. It was delicious. Our waitress was great. We were seated immediately. No wait. Fast service. I just wish they would bring back the lobster & shrimp dip!! Will definitely go again!!
It was my birthday and they were notified when we arrived. It took forever for our food to come out. The server then poured sweet tea into my unsweetened tea I was already drinking and then poured water into my daughter's Sprite that she was already drinking. When we were finished we had already told her that it was my birthday...not once was I offered a dessert or said happy birthday to or offered anything else for my birthday. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Absolutely loved Longhorn Steakhouse. If you are looking for a western feeling, with great food and service, this place is for you. The decor and set up was fantastic and the service was great. Food was excellent. My husband got a steak which was over cooked. He asked for a medium rare and got a well done. We sent it back and when he got his steak it was beautifully done. With all the hassle they even took $ 20 off our bill without even requesting it. Our waitress was fantastic and kept checking in on us. If your wanting somewhere to take your friends or family, this is the place. Not sure what the prices are: Expect to pay roughly $ 20- $30 for your food or get a hamburger which is $13. My hamburger was amazing and was shocked it was only $13. Kids eat between $6 or more but honestly, it's worth it!!
Our waitress wasn't pleasant at ALL, she didn't smile at ALL, now the food was excellent, as always. Our waitress was ALYSSA. When we told her they forgot one of our side dishes, she wasn't apologetic. After discovering it was on the bill. She took the receipt back walked away rolling her eyes. I told my guy she didn't say oh I'm sorry about that or anything. He said she will when she return, nope still didn't. Handed him the fixed bill and grab plates and walk away. She has poor customer service skills, with certain races. Smiles at other tables. An what's so said is, we are BIG Tippers, We give it where its do. She really need to work on her customer service skills. When I'm at work, I turn on my people skill channel, and get good reaction's. As well as good surveys.
Really good meal and value. Got the 6oz sirloin with shrimp. Steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare, as it should be. Service was very good.
Always a great meal, we usually have the rib-eye and longhorn. Sides are always perfectly cooked, and the service and atmosphere has been lovely every time we stop. Recommend the chicken wrap appetizer.
