Friendly employees and the food was fast. Though the food tasted not fresh like it was cooked hours before and just under a heat lamp. The television was set a little loud as well but it was Chicago Fire so I just watched it while my daughter watched YouTube on my phone.
We prefer Long John Silvers fish better than the other place. The sides are general and could maybe add a premium line of sides for choice. They were running a promotion with a fee cake with 10 piece or larger. Completely out of cakes no substitute available. I understand supply chain issues but maybe remove the advertised offer. Employees were very nice and I also understand it's not their fault. Overall good.
Pure garbage!!!!! Food was hard as a brick, order was incorrect, manager was a total B and service was super slow. The manager spoke to the employees like a dog and I could tell that the young lady working was very intimidated by her. On top of that they had no ice and when we offered to go them some, the manager barked at us and said she not giving us money to do that. I understand you don’t know us so I don’t blame her but it’s a way you say things. I will never go there again, totally unprofessional on her part..
The food was OK, however I don't understand how you can be out of sauces. Then I ordered the three piece chicken 2 piece fish meal , but told her I wanted all chicken. That was fine. What do I get 3 chicken 2 fish. She apologized and fixed it for me, then to top that off there not giving out the crunch things anymore cause there running short on those. Are yall serious this is part of st Louis yall should be prepared. Looks like captain ds next time for us
Got entire order wrong, overcharged us, told us 5 minutes for the chicken after we waited 5 minutes for the chicken. We didnt get any ice in our sodas and when we asked if they didnt have any ice we were told to pull forward (there was nobody behind us) and they brought out a cup of ice and we were told 5 more minutes for the chicken. ...... still nobody in drive thru but we're waiting patiently in front of the building....Oooh extra hushpuppies.. 2 ☆☆
My order cooked fresh. Got the 2 ckn, 1fish w/double green beans. Exceeded expectations. Added on cheesecake. Quick carryout.
Very disappointed. I love fish and love fish sandwiches. The sandwich was incredibly small (on a mini hogey bun), the fries were all limp and greasy, and the extra side of Cole slaw bland. Total meal approx $13. I will never order that from long johns again. Captain Ds puts their fish sandwich meal to shame. Captain Ds fish sandwich has huge fish filets, crispy fries, and extra side of Cole slaw is always flavorful. That coupled with a large pop is just under $10.50.
Generally good food. However on Mother's day they were out of cold slaw and also tartar sauce.What a let down on Mother's day. Not going back.
Wanted baked fish but their oven was down. At least they were open and kind in the drivethru. There is some sort of add on bbq shrimp that was pretty good. Hush puppies were pretty good as well.
I was looking forward to having Long John Silver's for dinner on Good Friday since it's over a 50 mile round trip and I haven't had it for over 15 years, and guess what?!!? I get home, and NO SIDES. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Nothing I can do about it now. Very disappointed.?
