15 minute wait in line then was told they would not fill my all dark meat order 12pce and 8 pce family meals. Then change order to boneless 12 and an 8 pie. No we will not!!! I'll pay extra notta. So nothing Iwill never go to this epic failure of a restrant ever again.
Kentucky chicken has totally gone downhill. Either the cooks are not seasoning the chicken with the herbs and spices its always been known for or its cold and dry from sitting. This location is better than the location on Mexico Road but still awful. Prices have increased but quality has totally diminished. I miss Kentucky chicken from when I was a child growing up in the 70s and even the 80s. Its long gone and the people who are cooking today are either pathetic or just don't understand the way the chicken should be prepared with the eleven herbs and spices.
KFC Great service even at the end of his shift he was polite and friendly and ran my food out to me cuz I drove off without it all. He hollered til I heard him and stopped and with a smile on his face he brought it out. The chicken was hot n fresh and they had everything I ordered
I had a long day, ending after 9pm and drove out to KFC to eat. I got here right before 9:30, there was a car at the drive thru windu, but even though they state they close at 10pm, the person who should have taken my order over there intercom s said they were closed. Drove home hangry.
I'm not sure if the one star review is fair. Never got to try the food. Guy on the headset simply said we don't have it when I ordered a 12 pc meal. I asked if they were out of chicken and he responded "all out". 7:00 pm on a Tuesday? I'm getting my chicken from Popeyes down the road. Which has a line going to the street. So I'm assuming I'm not the only person sent away from KFC chicken -less.
I showed up at 9:30 in the drive up and tried to order 2 Famous bowls and and 8-piece and was told “sorry were done serving chicken”. I legitimately asked if he was serious. “Yeah next time done ask questions with sarcasm. And get out of here because we’re close”

Past Saturday evening walked in to place order and immediately noted only 3 staff members working and rushing to get to-go orders out. One informed me had to go through drive-thru as they were short-handed. Proceeded to order 12 pc bucket with 2 sides slaw one mashed potato. After paying 39.36 was informed out of slaw. Ten minutes later received my order with one corn 1 green bean 1 mashed potato. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Got home and quarter inch grease bottom of bucket, chicken burnt and greasy. Ended up throwing away 8 of 12 pcs. I do not blame the staff as they were doing the best they could under trying circumstances but the buck stops with the franchise owner! If you can't hire the folks to deliver a quality product, close the store or sell the franchise to someone who actually cares!
Friendly staff. Was told to pull up and wait for fresh filet for my sandwich. Always willing to wait for fresh food and fries were fresh too. I’ll be coming back to this location
Just stood and waited 10 minutes for them to tell me that they don’t have enough chicken because of catering orders, I said you could’ve told me that 10 minutes ago, drove 20 minutes to get here. Almost an hour of my day wasted
