Coupon for 27.99 for 12 pieces of original chicken , 3 lg sides and biscuits. I GOT 10 tiny super greasy pieces and 2 of my sides.No phone number on the receipt so I looked it up. NO ANSWER for the next 3 days.All I wanted was what was missing. Customer service stinks!!
Absolutely horrified & offended. NEVER in my life have I had to deal with a more ignorant, hateful, & rude customer working the register.We approached the register very friendly and trying to make small talk to defuse the obvious animosity right off the bat with the worker. Despite the totally empty dining room being completely open, we were told that under no circumstance could we eat in the dining room (3 ppl total, myself and 2 parents) where after, I jokingly made the comment that we would clean up after ourselves. *Cue the employee about to have a stroke at my small joke that they didn't find funny in the slightest*. Ultimately we never ordered a single thing because we felt they would have taken retribution against us as a result. BUYER BEWARE - DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.TLDR - If this KFC is a representation of other stores in my district, this company will cease to exist in a New York minute. The employee working cashier on 06/06/2022 around 1pm at this location should be fired without a doubt and I'll personally tell all friends and family to NEVER eat here again.
I went to this new kfc for the first time. I ordered a 16 piece bucket. And I only got 13 pieces of chicken which was burnt chicken. So I called them and told them.they told me to come back and they would make it right. So I drove up waited 45 minutes in the drive thru lane. And they gave me my 3 pieces of chicken that was missing. I definitely won't be coming back to this place.
i’ve been here multiple times for doordash orders that i pick up. today i had two orders there. the first one i walk in and as i’m waiting a worker by the name of nick said hi then my name. i said hi back just to be polite, but had no idea how he knew me by name. as i’m waiting to get the order his co workers are repeating what he said over and over then making some uncomfortable comments about me. i brush it off as i’m only there for my job. when i go outside i tell my partner about it and that it made me uncomfortable, but as a woman in a room with all men who work there i didn’t feel comfortable to say anything. later on when i’m not with my partner i get a decent paying order and go in. if i would’ve known how gross i felt i wouldn’t have taken the order or if my partner was with me i would have her go for me. i walk in where four of the workers are at booths as the store is empty. someone who wasn’t nick then yelled hi then my name really loud. everyone laughed while i brushed it off and said i’m just there for an order. i have to wait around 10 minutes while they are continuing to make fun of me and the situation. the one who yelled hi to me then asked if i previously worked with nick where i shrugged. then nick explained he remembers my name because i’m a doordasher. they continue to yell and talk about me while laughing making me about to cry. nick hands me my order where i try to get out of there as quick as possible. when i get in my car i realized i forgot the drinks and had to go back inside. a woman worker got me my drinks then asked if they were bothering me which i said no i’m fine because all of them were around where i was standing so i felt too uncomfortable to answer honestly. during driving the 10 minutes to this order i cried the whole time then reported it to doordash so they can ban kfc orders from this location to ever reach my phone. i’ve never felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed while just trying to do my job. i hope they see this because this was absolutely humiliating for someone to go through. to the woman who did reach out and ask if they were making me uncomfortable i really appreciate you.
Ordered an 8 piece biscuits weren’t completely done the breading of the chicken was so greasy it slid off in the bucket it looked like it would if you threw it in a trash can extremely unhappy. I tried to call to speak with a manager but no one answered the phone.
worst fast food experience in my life. I should have taken pictures to attach. Didn't even look like chicken let alone taste like chicken. And believe me the people in the drive-through were doing me a big favor serving me. Or so they thought. And when did KFC become expensive as hell? Over 20 bucks for a bucket of chicken without any sides. skip this place at all cost
They are always out of chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders. How can this be during your evening rushes? It has happened to me 3 times in the past month. highly suspect given the commercials. This location is not one in which I will patronize in the future. Sorry Colonel!
I do grab up for a lot of places, this place can't be consistent to save its own life. I show up and try to enter the door's locked, I go to the speaker say who I'm there for and they tell me to go inside and that they'll unlock the door that is a huge waste of my time and the little manager working there couldn't be more unprofessional. She told me to leave and the only reason why I did was cuz I knew she wouldn't have the order made up anytime soon cuz she can't do her job
I ordered through the app for what they call "Quick pickup" It should have been ready when I arrived according to the app. It took an additional 30 minutes. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in very old grease and it definitely had been sitting for awhile. There was actually brown sludge at the bottom of my meal box. The gravy did not taste like KFC gravy. I received a free chicken sandwich for signing up and using the app and it was the best thing but still only a 5 out of 10. Tasted warmed over and had the old grease taste too..
Here's the story orderd chx breast meal. Didnt honor coupon still valid. Said it wasnt in the system. Got a wing and breast cold and old biscuit cold as well and cole slaw old.. When I phoned to bring to their attention they (manager) accused me of yelling in her ear. I do not yell I know how to use my words. She mentioned that new chx was just dropped and I could come back ten minutes away and get some fresh. I asked to have a return voucher she said no and then hung up on me . I've tried to contact corporate no answer but will not let this rest. I have had all good things come from KFC execpt for this experience
