JJ's has gotten worse than ever at just about every store. I ordered my usual #14 and when I got to my work to eat it, it was a chicken wrap of some sort. This is just poor service. I'd call and complain, but as my wife has found, it does no good.
Overall the sandwich was great. The girl who delivered the food to the window was completely rude.
I would give it a 4.5 if I could but it won't let me. I love Jimmy John's. It's always a hit or miss when it comes to delivery. It either takes 45mins+ or some times less. I've had to wait over a hour for one sandwich. I wasnt mad because I still got my sandwich even after being delivered to the wrong house. They explained they only had one driver working that night. I felt bad. Hopefully you get some more drivers.
I believe the manager name was veronica. Came in at lunch and was rudely told that they could not accept cash. That there company policy stated they could not accept anything over a fifty dollar bill.
I paid for extra Ham and did not get it, there were 4 slices, I had one on wheat and it was on white, I asked for no onions, guess what! I got onions, I ordered and paid for 2 pickles and only got 1. I am already not a big fan, my asked to order this. I will never order from here again, waste of money.
Normally sandwiches are great. Today not so much. Bread wasn't fresh. Tuna was slopped on. When unwrapping it tuna was everywhere. No mayo on my sandwich. Just disappointed.
Order from here often, and it's usually pretty good. Today, I got a #9. Half the lettuce is brown, a couple tomatoes are half green, meat is significantly less than normal. I order jimmy johns a lot, so I can tell when A sandwich feels lighter as soon as I pick it up, especially since I order the same thing EVERY TIME. I would suggest never ordering delivery from here because clearly they don't check sandwiches before they go out.
We love JJ's and always pick it up for a quick dinner. The Vito and Beach Club unwich! Kyle is very friendly and efficient.
I really like Jimmy John's, but this location is a SUPER LET DOWN! For the price there's NOT enough meat on the sandwiches. Bread was super Hard as well! Please go to another location! #Zerostars
Boy is this place GREAT(yes, I have to put it in caps to emphasize how much I love it). I come here a lot, and when I say a lot I mean A LOT. The customer service here is amazing. The staff is by far the best I have ever had to deal with at any other jimmy Jones in my area. I sometimes have to come through drive through or inside and no matter what I am welcomed with smiles and “hello sir’s”.Not only is this Jimmy Jones is not only the first one I ever went to but the one I will go to for probably the rest of my life (unless I move away, but I will cross that bridge when I get to it)There has been a time or two when something has happened and something was wronged. But in all honestly no place can claim that this hasn’t happened. When I called both times to this JJ’s I was not only sincerely apologized too but also assured that it will be watched closer next time so it doesn’t happen again and sure enough the same mistake Has not been made twice. (Both of the mistakes were different and both were very small, I am a little nitpicky)The managers of this place are pretty good. One time I came inside and the manager named kyle was there and took my order. We chatted a little and we laugh a bit as he made my sandwich. Super friendly dude. At this point we usually say hi when we see each other. That dude is truly awesome. The other manager, I believe her name was Corrina, was also a great help as she was one of the managers when I called about my trouble.I cannot stress how much I love this place. If I would have to recommend it to everyone, I gladly would. This place is truly a 12/10 or in google reviews a 7/5
