We called at 9 am with an order for 10 meals that needed to be delivered no later than 11:45. This was explained and agreed to . At 11:55 we called and they told us they were finishing up the drinks and our delivery would be out "soon". After 12 we called and again at 12:20 (5 minutes after our group scheduled lunch break was over). I asked to speak to the manager who when she got on the phone said "we are doing the best we can". No apology, no offer to attempt to make it up to us. Our instructor literally didn't get to eat until the next break because Jimmy Johns could not deliver on time and did not seem to mind that they overpromised and underdelivered. Very disappointing. Corporate has just responded (a week later) with a $10 gift card. Too little too late.

First few visits were fine but then got a terrible sandwich there (tough bread, very light on the meat) so probably won't be going back.
Went to picked up an online order and an employee yelled "get out" very aggressively as we walked through the door. After a pause he said just kidding and turned away. Very weird experience
I called not realizing the were closing in 2 minutes. They were friendly and courteous. When I called back a minute later about a special on the web, he added an extra sandwich and still sent out my order with the utmost professionalism, friendliness and courtesy. They have great sandwiches and wonderful employees.

Ordered a Beach Club, no lettuce, no tomato, add cucumbers and avocado. What I got was a Beach Club with lettuce... Everything else was good. But they put lettuce on it. When I said no. The rules are simple: listen to the order, then follow through.
Worst Jimmy Johns I've ever ordered from. First order i ordered from them they canceled and never gave me a refund. 2nd order took 1 hour to deliver to an address 5 minutes away. Don't bother ordering from this place.
