Why do the hours of operation show open at 6am when they clearly are not. I stopped by at 8:30am on my way to work this morning and there was a cone blocking off the drive thru. Tried the doors and they were locked too. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years now. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I understand staffing issues but come on. Same thing happened last week except the employee out back smoking yelled they’re only doing ap orders. Either fix it or close it. Doesn’t make much sense to continue to run your company’s name into the ground. Do better.

I am currently waiting in line. It has been 30 minutes and there were only two cars in front of mine. I ordered a chicken fajita pita and they didn't have salsa. I understand understaffing, but if the wait is this long, you might as well not open at all. It's called fast food for a reason. I could get served better quality food much faster at a restaurant. So sad.

Sat in the drive thru line for 10 min behind 2 cars. Didn't move, wasn't sure what was going on, I feel like every time I go to jack in the box, I can't get any food. I have been craving it for like 2 months now and they are either closed because of staffing issues, they are out of tacos (supply/ordering issues), or the service just takes too long. I just want some delicious greasy tacos ?Edit: maybe instead of shooting out responses like "please do this survey so we can fix internally", you should take a look at the 100 reviews at this location that say you need more staff and your service and food needs improvement.... i'm not going to waste 10 more min of my time when you can clearly see an issue just by scrolling for 2 minutes.

Refuse to open lobby so I can buy breakfast and refuse to serve me at the drive through without a vehicle. I’m two doors down with my vehicle getting serviced. So because no one can use common sense to think if they refuse to serve me because they think that if I walk up I’m more risk??? Well if I was willing to rob you wouldnt I be willing to steal a car to achieve the same thing? Common sense. There is none in these food chains.

this place is terrible multiple times show up and nobody answers

I sat in the Drive Thru with my husband 10 minutes before we even got a chance to order. Then we sat at the service window for 16 minutes!! When we received our food my popcorn chicken was ice cold! The bottom of the box was extremely cold!! My husband talked with a manager and someone cooked the chicken FINALLY! But it was over cooked!! I will NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND I THINK I SHOULD GET MY $19.00 BACK!! How sad.

Love the food and the people at this location are usually nice. But the hours say they open till 10 but they are constantly closing at like 6 or 7. Dunno if it’s a staffing issue but it makes me sad that I can’t get my late night cravings anymore lol (first world problems). Would be a 5 if hours were back to normal.

Food was old and cold. Seemed severely understaffed, but it was very apparent that present staff did not care at all. Order took a very long time and we did not get our card back after paying. Waited so long to get our card back that we just left and canceled the debit card. Jack in the box has been on a steady decline for years but it's just sad now. Not even sure how this place is still in business. Most likely will not be returning to this location, or any location, anytime soon.

There was ONE poor girl working there the day I went. I won't complain about the very long wait... it was totally understandable. She warned every customer that pulled up to the menu that she was alone and that large orders could take a very long time. She got my order correct, although she forgot to include a fork for my teriyaki bowl. But it's okay. I just want to commend her for being there and making it work.

Almost every single time I get tacos from here, they always miss at least two of them. I don't know if someone doesn't know how to count or what is going on. Also, I think they are way understaffed because it takes forever in the drive-thru. I do like the people who take your order and the food is usually up to par so that's why I am giving it 3 stars.
