Don’t waste your time with Imos and just got to Stefs on Jungerman. The size of a large at Imos is the size of a medium at Stefs. We were served wilted and discolored lettuce so our salad size, which was already way smaller than stefs, was reduced by a quarter. The pizza tasted like frozen pizza. I couldn’t finish my plate. The store was disgusting when we went to pick up the pizza. We decided to try Imos again after years of not having it and we were sorely disappointed. We won’t be back
lmo's pizza is good but really expensive. Cecil Whitaker's pizza is just as good and cheaper. I ordered tonight's pizza through the web and the pizza took longer than I was told. That being said, the pizza was good as I already mentioned.
New website sucks, not user friendly, couldn't find any specials so I ordered somewhere else. I called and they weren't real friendly either.
Tried Imo's for the first time and it was terrible. The pizza crust was soggy like they didn't cook it long enough and the cheese was all slid over. This should have never went out to a customer. We spent over $54.00 and I have had frozen pizzas that were better. Guess we will stick with Pizza Hut.
You can never go wrong with your local Imo's! Always a great experience!
Prices are sky rocketing compared to other pizza restaurants which is why its making us go elsewhere.A medium cheese pizza should be much cheaper.Other than that food has always been good. Wish they still had fried mushrooms. Love the provel bites.
I called in an order to this location for delivery. The guy took my order and information and told me it would be about an hour for delivery. I get a call20 minutes later from Imo’s saying they don’t deliver to my address and that I needed to callAnother location. I order pizza all the time and usually the person knows right away if they don’t deliver to your address. I called back to try and get an understanding on why it took this long and to let them know I was inconvenienced because the location they told me to call was no longer taking deliveries. The manager Cody was very arrogant and rude and Said that I wasn’t inconvenienced instead of apologizing for their ignorance of not finding out before they had already charged my card and had me waiting 20Minutes before they realized they didn’t deliver to me. Cody needs some Customer service training for sure!!
I just ordered a crispy chicken Cesar salad and it was the worst ever. Size was considerably smaller than it used to be and more expensive. The chicken was about 5 smaller than bite sized pieces dried out and over cooked, and only 1 container of dressing making it a very dry salad. If you’re going to raise the price at least make it worth it. I will never order from here again.
Pizza was cold and t-ras where over cooked. Delivery guy didn’t even have my pizza in a pizza warmer bag when he came to my door. Their pizza costs too much money to have this lack of quality.
Nice employees, unfortunately not a sit down restaurant location. Miss the great atmosphere of the WashMo store.
