Love imos. They can vary by location, this one is run well and had great pizza.
Imos is Imos although, something has changed. Last two times pizza tasted different. Not sure if they changed the crust make-up or what but it’s lost some of its appeal, maybe cheaper ingredients and the fact they are still attached to Coke, instead Pepsi.
Rude, unmotivated employees with little to no customer service etiquette. Also watch out for the catty Hispanic female manager who seems to embolden the workers lousy conduct.If possible, skip this particular Imo's location altogether & try another Imo's Pizza in the St. Peters/St. Charles area.
it's 9:20 and they pick up the phone and say we're not taking deliveries this is hilarious poor service didn't give me a reason why I don't understand why they wouldn't take a delivery at 9:20. Second time this month.
Got 1 XL 16 inch pizza delivered. They said delivery time was 45 minutes. Then I called to check up on the order and they changed it to an hour and a half. I live right down the road, but I wasn't able to pick it up. Don't get a pizza delivered from this imos if you want a hot pizza. I even gave a good tip, but was sadly disappointed.
I was very disappointed in the service as well as being doubled charge for my food the lettuce was bad and rotten I will never go back and I will let all of my family and friends know that they will double charge them and serve bad food I tried to get a refund the manager told me that it should cancel out I called corporate and they didn't want to help me very poor service. I hope the owner of this location sees this rating.
The lady manager at this restaurant was so delightful to speak to. She answered all my questions, Helped her staff out and made sure to ask me if I needed anything during the wait. Glad she’s there! Old management was too passive. Way to go Raquel!

Rude little girl on the phone today. Been ordering from you for 5 years at this location and now you've wiped it all of your customer data base information???? I've lost the rewards points I had!!!! New online ordering can't find the address the been delivering to for 5 years!!!! Y'all a mess. Done with this Imos location unfortunately.... thanks to the rude child on the phone.
Trash. Service was terrible. Told us they were out of plates but nobody was dining in. 1/19/22 Soda fountain was gross and mostly carbonation. Garlic cheese bread was uncooked and soggy along with having slices of cheese sitting on top slightly melted. Pizza was okay but a seemed extra greasy and not hot.
